    In 2017 we moved to a community that is a well known retirement/relocation destination. Several of our new friends are from New York and Connecticut. They describe themselves as "tax refugees." We, from northern Virginia, describe ourselves as "traffic refugees."

    Boy- a whole lotta people must really be snapping up cheap homes there now.
    The most common 'solution' seems to be living in gated/secure communities and avoiding the well known bad parts of town.
