For some of you who are too young to remember, she was the Insurance Commissioner a couple decades ago, who was charged with policing the fraudulent acts of many insurance companies in Calif. She did nothing, showing everyone that she was in bed with the private companies. I digress, but there is just another crook, working her way up in Calif. government.
