Any way to stop the snow flakes in CA

It would be a hellova society if everyone gets/has to decide what is and isn't appropriate or if self appointed groups walk the streets determining that for us. Plus I have difficulty believing any sort of 'shaming' would stop most public bigots.

Now the baker has ZERO legal leg to stand on, and allowing someone to use some religious belief to not serve whomever? talk about walking back equal rights for millions because of a few religious bigots.

I never mentioned that someone should get such an ubserd amount of time off. I only suggested my arguement that men should get the SAME amount of leave that a women gets. Which in my company 6 weeks for guys 9 weeks for women. And that a man should be able to take it in the later stages of a pregnancy like a women can instead of having to wait for a birth certificate to be able to take it.
A doctors note for the women being pregnant and having to stay home does not apply to the husband. I dont know what you were trying to get at with your statement.
In regards to the baker, equal rights would still exsist. The gay couple could find a different baker and problem is solved. Instead you create a new problem by forcing a baker to legal have to provide a service they dont wish to provide. Whats next, a person who doesnt wear shoes and shirts be required to be served. How about someone dressed in all black long clothes and a ski mask be required to be served. How about someone yelling obcenities cursing and acting crazy be required to be served???
Once you take away the right of a business to refuse service you take away their right to control who they interact with, who they get publicity from, who they want to be associated with.

Racism is the corrosive opinion that leads to harmful actions by one group against another, most of the time using false to highly biased 'facts' to support repressing the target group.

It was patronizing for Howard Taft to proclaim 'our brown brothers' in the Philippines need 150 years of close supervision to develop anything resembling anglo-saxon political principles and skills.

It was racism to prohibit Sammy Davis Jr from sleeping in the same hotel he performed in.

It is neither to recognize both of the above are used to exclude people the majority group from whatever activity the majority wants protected- either schools or Golf Courses... :peace

I am a white male. I do not do dog but I have no problems living here in the hub of civilization. If you practice what is in the bible then you have no problems with other people or their lifestyles. And as for snowflakes I hope it doesn't get warm where you are.

It's probably a combination of being displaced from their jobs by immigrants, losing their neighborhoods and culture, all the while people like you complain about their "white privilege".

I have no sympathy for ignorant bigots that pretend all of white people's problems, even the self-inflicted ones, are because of minorities. You are not a victim, so try being a man for once in your life and take personal responsibility for your woes. Or the signs of a decadent culture in decline. Seeing their myth of some superiority and privilege being exposed as propaganda. It has happened to cultures all through history. it has little to do with losing anything but rather self indulgence and a sense of being owed what their parents got or claimed they are entitled to. Reminds me of coal miners wanting their daddies' jobs even in the face of contrary economic evidence against continued profitability of soft eastern coal.

Interesting a 'culture' touted as so strong and successful is now lamented as rather weak... :peace

Indeed. Government should never ever get involved in "fairness" which is subjective. The founding fathers were correct in guiding government toward "equality" which is obvious and objective. But the left has little respect for the founders so we get what we get from them.
