If it's on the federal level and legal across all the States, then there isn't the impetus for people to flood into Colorado specifically. I think one of the bad, unintended consequences of our marijuana legalization was that it brought a ton of people into our state in a short amount of time. It's flubbed up quite a bit, actually.
Are people flooding to Colo for weed legalization? They arent here in WA St.
And I'm not sure how it's any different from a new industry opening up in any state, or taxes/incentives making new industries attractive...businesses come in and take advantage of those opportunities.
Are you saying alot of individuals are moving into Colo just for pot?
