New Jersey Lawmakers Reach Deal on Recreational Pot - WSJ
Agreement comes after months of negotiations between Gov. Phil Murphy and legislative leaders
Gov. Phil Murphy and fellow Democratic leaders in New Jersey announced Tuesday they have reached a deal to legalize recreational marijuana and expunge low-level pot offenses.
Under the legislation, the state would collect an excise tax of $42 per ounce of the drug, and cities and towns would receive tax revenue for hosting cultivators, wholesalers and retailers.

Sounds like a progressive move in one of our most densely populated states. Big $$$ from legalized pot, not only for the state.
I am looking forward to vacationing in Cape May & hope this gets implemented soon. Cape May would be a big market during te vacation season.
