Weed the people? Companies relax drug-testing policies in bid to attract more workers

The war on drugs prevents the economy from utilizing the potential labor value of drug users. The argument could be made that such people are less valuable, but that's fine. If true, a capitalist economy will simply pay them less. Paying them nothing and locking them out just makes us all poorer if they're still worth anything that registers.
