The wall and the drug war

Will do! Remember to ask for your money back from that diploma mill!

Too late. That was over 40 years ago.

Make sure to serve Billy from the right, like me, he is left handed. And remember to keep his water glass filled.

Nah. I always let your fellow service employees take care of that. I'll tell them you said, 'hi'.

I know, another wall thread. :2razz:

But this is a different angle. I am not here to argue about immigration, this is from the drug trade perspective.

I feel like a wall on our southern border might trigger two things: during construction kidnappings and murders of the innocent workers would skyrocket causing the construction to stop or the construction is completed and we have on our hands an actual violent drug war.

Anybody who believes the wall is about stopping the drug trade has been sold a bill of goods...I wouldn't doubt there might be some attacks but I'd look at them like a Trump tweet and life goes on somewhat unrelated to appearances.

A wall won't stop drivers crossing at border checkpoints hauling trade goods, or have an effect on planes, drones, submarines, tunnels, boats...nor will it have any effect on the drug supply from China delivered by US Mail...and on and on...wouldn't surprise me if we have military assisted deliveries from Afghanistan much as we did through Nam back then.
