Only "black lives matter" not "all lives matter" not "white lives matter"

Isn't it racism if only "black lives matter?

And not "all lives matter" or "white lives matter" or "Asian lives matter" or "Latino lives matter"?

Hypocrites much?

Is the black race above all other races?

It is being repeated because of the perception and debatable reality of black people being uniquely oppressed within American society and the police being able to get away with killing black criminal suspects (and non-criminal suspects) without fear of repercussion.

On almost every COPS episode i see police brutality, why don't we get offended when all races are victims from the cops?

See that clip cops pushed old man down hit his head on the ground started bleeding and passed out?

Does white start looting and mayhem becouse of that?

Ironically close to 60 cops resigned from the unit in solidarity with the two suspended officers in the old man hitting his head video.

I am sure that this post is trolling or something... but just in case it is Black Lives Matter because Black Lives are the ones in danger right now... they were slaves, in case you had not heard... property... and then there was hundreds of years of racist laws to contend with... and the message is not that Only Black Lives Matter... since all lives matter... but the issue at this moment is Black Lives Matter because that is the issue of the moment. Not unlike a person or group arguing that ISIS Is A Threat In Syria (when that was paramount) instead of All Terrorists Are A Threat.

That is enough for now... let us see how you do with that.

Basically 12.1% of the nation's population making up 37% of the prison population is how we know blacks are arrested more. People calling that their fault and pointing to black on black crime as an excuse, are using an argument that ignores all other factors of black life.

You don't get call backs for jobs when your name is DeShawn Lenzel. That isn't your fault.

Their whole culture is **** blocked from anything we don't expect from them, that means the only lot in life america has provided them was as criminals and entertainers.

The black community is hurting, that's why they get some extra attention. If I called 9-11 for a house fire and they told me all houses matter, that wouldn't really help bring attention to the fire that's eating away my home. Black lives matter is a thing because black people are disproportionately being abused in America.

They make up a minority of this nation so it's especially easy to find examples of other races getting treated bad, but blacks are the outlier, they are being treated differently from the rest and it shows.

Yet, much like Kaepernick's own stance. One can see where some fallacious information goes into making these same slogans, or socio-political stances.

We do know that despite how hard it is to get past the blue wall, that police officers are still either punished for doing something wrong, or outright discharged and arrested. Much like how things happened in the case of Floyd's killer. Though we can just as easily surmise that the mass of public outcry expedited such a response.

There's a cynical, disingenuous part of the "All Lives Matter" response to the BLM movement. "Oh, you mean that 'black lives matter' cause no one seems to care when another unarmed black person is shot?"

The only legit defensible response I have seen to BLM us the other BLM, "Blue Lives Matter."

You misunderstand how the phrase is to be understood. Nobody ever says only black lives matter. If you must add a word or two for clarity you could say, Black lives matter as well.

When video footage was released Friday of a white Mesa, Ariz., police officer shooting dead a white man after the victim begged for his life while crawling on the floor, it was Black Lives Matter activists who called his death an outrage. The All Lives Matter crowd said nothing about Daniel Shaver's violent demise because All Lives Matter isn't a thing. It's just cynical opposition to the thing that is Black Lives Matter.

You keep saying the same thing without getting it. It has been explained multiple times. You have even responded to those posts in ways that make it seem like you understand, and then you go back to your ignorant stance you started this thread with.

All lives should matter; the problem is that right now, black lives do not matter equally to white lives; the lives of African Americans are treated as less important. The Black Lives Matter movement is addressing that inequality, trying to bring equality for African American individuals' lives to be as important to serve and protect within our country as White American lives are already served and protected.

You are correct that all police brutality and police related murders should be prosecuted the same way. That is actually among the issues that are being addressed. The issues surrounding police criminal actions are complicated, but the racism and inequality are not complicated to those who understand the BLM movement.
