I have said that if Republicans want to keep the House they should run against Nancy Pelosi AND Steny Hoyer now that he is crawling out from under his rock for a last chance to unseat Nutso. From an American’s perspective they are looking at a fatal illness should either one of the two become speaker.

It takes 218 votes to elect a speaker of the house. Here is Hoyer’s claim to the speaker’s job among Democrats:

House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) said that the individual health insurance mandates included in every health reform bill, which require Americans to have insurance, were “like paying taxes.” He added that Congress has “broad authority” to force Americans to purchase other things as well, so long as it was trying to promote “the general welfare.”

The Congressional Budget Office, however, has stated in the past that a mandate forcing Americans to buy health insurance would be an “unprecedented form of federal action,” and that the “government has never required people to buy any good or service as a condition of lawful residence in the United States.”

Apparently, Hoyer also thinks he has broad authority to force voters to vote for his choice of Democrat nominees. A little larceny makes it much easier for Hoyer to force his views on the entire country rather than relying on thousands of Democrat voters in each of 435 districts.

A government ethics watchdog Tuesday filed a complaint with the Federal Elections Commission after audio from a secretly recorded conversation implied the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee tipped the scales in favor of their preferred candidate, and may have violated campaign finance laws in the process.

The secret recording of a conversation between House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer and Levi Tillemann, a Democrat candidate for the 6th Congressional District in Colorado, was made last December. The audio became public after the Intercept published it in April with Tillemann's consent after some names and private information were edited out.

Hoyer makes plain to Tillemann in the recording that some higher-ups in the Democratic party preferred Army veteran and corporate lawyer Jason Crow be the party's nominee in the district.

Finally, Democrats not only steal elections from Republicans all of the time they steal from each other. Hillary Clinton put the screws to Bernie Sanders; so I have to ask how many elections is Hoyer manipulating?

Alas, fair elections for wannabe nominees is good enough for everybody except Steny Hoyer.

Finally, Democrats not only steal elections from Republicans all of the time

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Democrats have won the popular vote in 6 out of the last 7 presidential elections, but Republicans still got to name the president 3 times.

Democrats have received more votes in the House and the Senate several times in the last decade, and yet thanks to gerrymandering and the lopsided nature of the Senate Republicans still got more seats. Republicans are actively working to kick as many poor black people off of voter registration rolls as they possibly can.

For you to claim Democrats are stealing elections from Republicans is the height of delusional hypocrisy.

To MrWonka: The popular vote scam falls apart when you eliminate illegal aliens from the totals. And please do not tell me that illegal aliens do not vote.

To MrWonka: Get real. Democrats gerrymander at every opportunity. They will do a lot more of it if can they flip state legislatures before the 2020 census is tallied.

Never forget that Democrats are guided by a quote wrongly attributed to Stalin:

"It's not the people who vote that count. It's the people who count the votes."

Republicans are actively working to kick as many poor black people off of voter registration rolls as they possibly can.

To MrWonka: The race card is wearing thin. In truth, Voter ID laws will not keep a single American off the registration rolls because of pigmentation least of all.

For you to claim Democrats are stealing elections from Republicans is the height of delusional hypocrisy.

To MrWonka: The list is long. Start with JFK in 1960, then go to a failed burglary in 2000:

Top it off with Obama’s hundreds of millions of dollars in illegal campaign contributions from foreigners.

As to Hillary Clinton’s popular vote see #15 permalink in this thread:

Note that the Democrat Party’s most loyal constituency, Cemetery Voters, are miniscule compared to the illegal alien vote.

Nutso is the proverbial gift that keeps on giving.

This from a women who believe that MS-13 gang members are God’s children while infants in the womb are not God’s children. The only thing Pelosi believes is Planned Parenthood’s right to sell baby parts after God’s children are torn apart in the womb:

Nonetheless, in a press conference Thursday, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi blasted the president for making the “animals” comment about MS-13.

Pelosi began by saying, “Some of us who are attracted to the political arena, to government and public service” believe “we are all God’s children.”

“There is a spark of divinity among every person on earth, and we all have to recognize that as we respect the dignity and worth of every person,” Pelosi continued.

The House minority leader then added: “So when the president of the United States says about undocumented immigrants, ‘These aren’t people, these are animals,’ you have to wonder, does he not believe in the spark of divinity, the dignity and worth of every person?”

Democrats increasing their voter base with illegal aliens is why Pelosi defends animals. She is obviously convinced that every legal immigrant believe the same things she believes. It will not be long before Pelosi demands that every pregnant Latina gets two votes so long as they vote for the Democrats.

Incidentally, It would be a sin if Nutso’s defense of MS-13 murderers helps Steny Hoyer become the next Speaker of the House since they are two peas in a pod.
