The first legal term of The United States in written form as a legal and binding document, I think, was in The US Constitution. 1787

The first legal term of America in written form as a legal and binding document, I think, was The Declaration of Independence. 1776

The original English Colonies from 1607 to............... 1607-??

The 13 stripes of The Flag represent the original 13 colonies being America. The 50 stars of The Flag represent the 50 states after the Constitution, which included the original 13 Stars of the Federation.

If The United States wanted autonomy and separation from the British Crown, (The Declaration of Independence), would it be right for The Flag to still have the original 13 Colonies associated with The United States' 50 states?

And so for people to declare that America (1607 - ??) was NOT founded on Christian Principles would be a wrong statement.

However, for people to declare that The United States (1787 - Present) was NOT founded on Christian Principles would be more accurate.

The first car I ever owned was a red Corvair. It never ran so I never drove it but I owned it.
