This is a very close race. I think Toomey is up by 1.8 so call it a tie race today.
The nastiness seems over the top. Vandalizing neighboring homes. I just don't
understand that kind of thinking. Homeowners in that area are going to be
fearful because the vandals maybe come back and do what?

ZIONSVILLE, Pa. (AP) — State police are investigating anti-Republican graffiti spray-painted on eastern Pennsylvania homes next to the residence of U.S. Sen. Pat Toomey.
The graffiti sprayed late Saturday or early Sunday says, "Nazi, Slavers, Rapists, Cross-Worshippers == GOP." Another message says "Look Out Toomey and Your Neo Nazi Republicans" and a third says hashtag "Americans Against the Republican Party."
Toomey says he's "sickened by this disgusting, politically inspired hatred."
Toomey's Democratic opponent, Katie McGinty, issued a statement calling the vandalism "unacceptable" and says she hopes police "hold the people accountable for it responsible."
