Tebow was a great college QB while I was in grad classes at UF.
 
Frankly, in the scheme of things this is all penny ante. There are tens of millions of $'s of not paid taxes the IRS never collects annually, at times cutting deals for pennies on the $ to clear the books. Taxes on money earned overseas the most elusive. It is not a crime to not pay taxes, it is a crime to fail to report income or lie in tax filings. Tax liens can only be enforced on domestic banking accounts, and the proceeds from conveyances of real property and equities dependent upon local state laws for exemptions thereof.

As well, the moral characters of any of the individuals mentioned in this thread is irrelevant, as are political connections. Be far more concerned that the IRS is underfunded and understaffed for doing its job. This is specifically the responsibility of those responsible for creating the national budget, Congress. If you are truly concerned reach out to your representatives in the House and the Senate. Hold them accountable and demand appropriate actions from them. Otherwise all you can do is whine and accomplish nothing.

Of course it had sonething to do with it. People get jobs or get into colleges all the time because if their father. Donald Trump, for example , got a start in real estate because of his father.

As absurd as these tidbits are, it's hard to say they matter in comparison to the Trump Hotel and Mar-a-Lago scheme he has going that Congress - for some reason I cannot understand - hasn't put a stop to. The courts have ruled Congress has the ultimate say over whether or not he can make millions of dollars by using his Presidency for financial gain every single day and yet every single day nothing is done. Maybe if they gave the IRS jurisdiction over the matter something would happen.
