The headline below tells us a lot more than the Democrat partisans at the Washington Post intended. After two weeks of closed-door testimony, a clearer portrait of Trump's role emerges.
How does closed-door testimony tells the Washington Post and its readers anything? By leaks, of course. So a "clearer portrait" is being painted by leakers with the agenda of damaging President Trump. There is no pretense of presenting a full picture that would include information that would not support the Democrats' agenda. As Ed Lasky commented, "Pelosi, Schiff & company are controlling the narrative via leaks. This is repulsive." Lauri Regan said, "I guess the irony got past the editors." And the Washington Post maintains that this partisan version is the "clear" portrait — in other words, the definitive reality. Its journalism consists of hyping the partial reality Democrats present to it. And the Washington Post maintains that this partisan version is the "clear" portrait — in other words, the definitive reality. Its journalism consists of hyping the partial reality Democrats present to it.

In 2017, at a press conference, Pelosi blithely revealed the tried-and-true Democrat demonization tactic called the “Wrap-Up Smear.”
“We Democrats call it the ‘wrap-up smear.’ You smear somebody, with falsehoods and all the rest, and then you merchandise it to the media,” Pelosi said matter-of factly, as if she were giving out a recipe for apple pie.
Sound familiar? This patented Democrat criminal MO was used against Justice Kavanaugh.
Hillary is extremely good at this. In 2016 she’d “leak” what she said was damaging info on Trump to the media. Then when the smear was published-—she’d wave around the clipping to show how she was the superior candidate.
There is no structural impeachment process or guideline being followed. Adam Schiff has to hide his hearings because the foundation of the Progressive Marxist Socialist/DSA Democrat impeachment fraud is to create a public impetus for impeachment. The committee leaders hide behind closed door hearings then leak information to the media to create the needed narrative. The falsified media smears of Trump will make the public cry out for impeachment (so they hope).
"Repulsive" is nowhere strong enough of a word to describe what the vile filth of the democrat party and the media propaganda machine that Josef Goebbels would be proud of and.are trying to do to America. It is treason that should be punished with extreme prejudice.
The Dems and the people at lefty publications like WAPO, NY Times, CNN, MSNBC et al., are just conspiratorial liars. Their childish games will not withstand sunlight and voter scrutiny at election time.

And I hope Trump doesn’t stop at one pound of flesh. That’s the upside of being hated!
 
What you fail to consider is that many want Trump defeated in the 2020 POTUS election and/or removed from office via impeachment "by any means necessary" and really don't care about media bias or "fairness" so long as it favors their political position. The media "propaganda machine" is simply serving up confirmation bias to those hungry for it. If that situation makes Trump supporters upset then that is perfectly fine with, and welcomed by, them.
 
The linked to article is hyper partisan tripe. There is nothing at all wrong or evil about the headline.

When you make the claim 'many', you are referring to those of the PMS/DSA Democrat Leftists. There seems to be a great number of the American citizenry that opposes impeachment and will vote to re-elect Trump, despite the disinformation and propaganda coming from LSM. It's reflected by those who are attending the Trump rallies.

There are certainly hyperpartisans on both sides (aka "the base") and, as ususal, the 2020 POTUS election will come down to how "independents" vote in few key "swing states".
