This is completely hypothetical. However, if GOP Senators decided that Trump needed to be removed from office would the Democrats slow play it so that the new GOP nominee went hobbled into the November election or would the Democrats get articles of impeachment to the Senate with dispatch as part of some deal?

Liberals need conservatives to keep them honest and conservatives need liberals to keep them from turning into goosestepping fanatics.

Pronouncing liberalism as a mental disorder, and then actually speaking those words with a serious tone, has damaged your side much more than it has ours. So what if we don't actually agree on everything, or even most things.
The ability to grant each side something, and the ability to hammer out compromise, especially under pressure, is a basic survival trait of the human race.

I swear to you if the guy had run and won as a Democrat I doubt I would be a registered Democrat today and if I was, I'd be hiding my head and working to get rid of that clown. It would be embarrassing to have him as a Democrat.
