What Comes Next After The United States?

As Washington was the "one indispensable man," the U.S. is the one indispensable nation. The less its leaders and its citizens believe that, the more it is proven to be true, as the world situation deteriorates. Yet many Americans are experiencing a crisis of faith, deeper and more sinister than the "malaise" with which Jimmy Carter said we were afflicted in the late 1970s. Truth be told, the United States has been in the midst of a "Cold Culture War" for several decades. That war is essentially over. The progressives won. In 1993, Daniel Patrick Moynihan (D-N.Y.) coined the phrase "defining deviancy down" to describe the redefining of deviancy to exempt conduct previously stigmatized and brand behavior previously considered abnormal and abhorrent as normal and mainstream. (He was vehemently against this practice). Can anyone imagine a Democrat saying such a thing today? Shortly thereafter came the "trickle-down immorality" of the Clinton years. In more recent times, marriage has been redefined, with homosexuality approved and celebrated and the LGBTQIIA+ community holding public "PRIDE!" parades all over the fruited plain, and men who claim to be women have won the "right" to excrete or compete in any bathroom, locker room, or venue their transgendered hearts desire.
The Left never gives in, never tires, never wavers, always presses on. The Ten Commandments are banned from public spaces. Conservatives are prevented from speaking on college campuses or shouted down if they are "allowed" to speak. Those wearing "MAGA" hats are the targets of bullying and violence. Statues of Civil War figures and former presidents are removed as statues of Baphomet are unveiled. Christianity is boldly mocked in movies, on television, and by "entertainers" and academics. Anti-Semitism is on the rise.
It is increasingly clear that what we are witnessing in many respects is simply a battle of good versus evil. The "final battle"? I don't pretend to know. But the alliance of Russia and Iran, the rapid rise in anti-Semitism, the raising of man above God, the obliteration of sexes, and the disdain for life are not signs of the Age of Aquarius.
Sadly, Dr. Franklin, it does not appear that we will be able to keep the republic you and your contemporaries bequeathed to us after all. Thanks for trying.

Eric Utter has written an excellent essay cataloging where we are today in the United States. None of this is new to those with an IQ above 90, but it is especially distressing to see it all laid out clearly in one article. As we all know, it is not a pretty picture and makes most of us extremely sad.
The author does not, however, address the cornerstone question "What comes next after the United States?" He simply concludes "Sadly, Dr. Franklin, it does not appear that we will be able to keep the republic you and your contemporaries bequeathed to us after all. Thanks for trying."
We have raised two or three extremely "tolerant" generations that accept anything. It's doubtful that that toothpaste is going back into the tube.
Great empires fall, and are replaced by other great empires, or by Dark Ages of isolation, insecurity and relative poverty. The question is whether we will be repeating the mistakes of the past?
When the Progressive Marxist Socialist/DSA Democrats effectively disenfranchise the Right, they will attack each other for not being WOKE enough. Tyranny will be their only mitigating factor, which is exactly where the "revolution" leads. Those millions who followed Vladimir Lenin into a Marxist Socialist Russia were exterminated by Josef Stalin. Bath House Barry's close friend William (Bill) Ayers estimated that 25 million Americans would have to be exterminated in a "Holocaust" in the total takeover of the United States.
Unless there is a Great Renaissance of Patriotism, common sense and moral bounds - Trump is the last breath traditional America takes. BH Barry's "Fundamental Transformation of America will have to fail in a glorious manner, and even then it'll be too late. The PMS/DSA Left is waiting for what remains of the Baby Boomers to die off, so the "WOKE" generation can take the helm. A Democrat-Socialist president, majority control of Congress, 6 to 3 Supreme Court by 2030. What are fantasies today will be reality; abolish the Constitution, ICE, the electoral college, mandate carbon taxes, NHS style healthcare system, etc...with all the unintended consequences that come with it, requiring even more govt control to fix it.

I could see Chinese social control system allied with the strong man leaders favored socialist regimes of South America. They have no qualms about totalitarian. Over time, they will move north through our borders and effectively cut the USA into three nations by the use of language and culture, and Chinese style communist control.

Sad but true. And the cherry on top of this terrible decline is the presidency of a man who insults women and minorities, lies constantly, is enamored of dictatorships and scorns democratic values.

Is it any different than a president knocking up a bimbo, or having their mistress within the White House, or having interns giving them sexual favors, then there's a former president that had his body man in the next bedroom. Democrats all. One should have to ask whether a man that insults women and so called minorities compares to Democrat presidents that have been enamored with Communist madmen dictators like Stalin and gave them Europe on a silver platter, that includes maintaining a segregated military and placing American Asians, Germans and Italians in concentration camps.
I find that throughout the history of American Presidents each had their idiosyncrasies. Indeed our president Donald J. Trump fits in well with the 44 presidents before him.

Remember that it was FDR that made an alliance with Stalin, as did other democratic leaders to defeat Hitler. No one was enamored with Stalin. No one gave Stalin Eastern Europe. Brush up on your history. The US to our credit, supported democracies in the countries we occupied. The Soviets, to their disgrace, imposed foreign supported communism in the places they occupied. The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

And it was a Democrat who integrated the military.

Somehow East Germany, Romania, Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria and (after a Soviet sponsored revolt) Czechoslovakia didn't have a choice and it was because FDR gave them away.
In the midst of the Battle of the Bulge in late 1944, General Dwight D. Eisenhower was severely short of replacement troops for existing military units—all of which were totally white in composition, so he made the decision to allow African-American soldiers to join the white military units to fight in combat for the first time—the first step toward a desegregated United States military. Indeed, Truman's Executive Order did not desegregate the military. It started the ball rolling so, give Truman credit. The military did not become fully integrated until 1954.
