On May 29, 2019, Special Counsel Robert Mueller delivered his only and final public comments on his Report on the Investigation into Russian Interference in the 2016 Presidential Election. Following Mueller's remarks, John Brennan, director of the CIA under President Obama, commented that Mueller's "public statement today is going to give momentum to those who want to move forward with impeachment hearings. I think there can be no doubt about Mr. Mueller's message that the obstruction of justice issue is not resolved and that there needs to be a follow up action on it."
Let there be no doubt that President Trump, ever since the charge emerged that he and Russia may have colluded with each other to help him win the 2016 election, did everything within his power to impede — yes, "obstruct" — the spreading of that lie (the "Lie"). We now know from the Mueller Report what Trump knew all along: that there was no collusion. The charge was untrue. Donald Trump had a clear responsibility to defend himself against the personal defamation of the Lie, and more importantly, he had an absolute obligation to protect the Office of the President against such a false accusation. A private citizen, falsely accused of any illegal act or misdeed, can appeal to the legal system and seek public correction of the falsehood and retribution. But as a public official and with no recourse to the courts while the Mueller investigation was in progress, Trump had no choice but to defend himself in the public arena by denying the Lie in tweets, at rallies and press conferences, and to the media. So yes, Trump made every effort to obstruct efforts by those in the Congress, in the government, and in the media to spread the Lie.... The object of his obstruction is the injustice of the Lie. Obstruction of injustice, AKA warranted self-defense, is not a crime. However, if there are those within the government who created the Lie as part of a plot to remove Trump from the presidency for fear that he might uncover crimes at high levels in the prior administration — they are ones who would be guilty of obstruction of justice.

Brennan, Clapper and Comey worked for a corrupt presidency. He was a team member while Muslims were getting favors. Would he lie to the American public? Apparently Trump was supposed to just walk up and put his head in the noose and say, “Come on, get on with it!!”
The President now has a smart honest Attorney General in charge of the Justice Department. I have confidence that AG Barr will succeed in bringing our country back fo normal again.
A Wyoming rancher’s summary of the Mueller report and Democrats’ hapless ongoing efforts in one sentence: “While we recognize that the subject did not actually steal any horses, he is obviously guilty of trying to resist being hanged for it.”
This is clearly the Progressive Marxist Socialist/DSA Democrat definition of "Obstruction". If we re-elect and send them back in 2020, we deserve to lose this nation and liberties.
Anyone who hires an outstanding defense attorney with a stellar record of winning cases might now be considered as attempting to "obstruct justice". The right to defend oneself against any misdeed, whether physical harm, slander or libel (spreading of a lie), is a basic common law right well defined in the legal system; in fact, it is written in many of the state constitutions.

None are so blind as those that will not see. Read the ten instances mentioned in the Mueller report. Yes, he didn’t collude. But he hid his investments in Russia during the campaign, didn’t notify the FBI when Russians approached his son, claimed that Russia was not in Ukraine, plus a lot of other stuff. The guy who humps the American flag on stage was Putin’s bitch.

"Obstruction of justice" is like "collusion!" Meaningless. Just a cult chant like chanting "Hari Krishna" or "Hail Mary, mother of Jesus" over and over with a rosary. There should be some prop for Democrats - like a kazoo or a clicker - so they would chant "Obstruction of Justice." click click click - "Obstruction of Justice" click click click or toot toot toot - with Maddow and Lemon instructing Democrats how many times they must do so in the morning, at noon and before bed - while bowing towards the United Nations building in NYC.

The MSM and the Democratic Party know that many if not most Democrats will - like religious zealots are a TV preacher's mass church gathering - chant whatever they are told to chant. There is nothing more to it than that. Mob mentality of people incapable of an independent thought and therefore desperate to be controlled. Any independent thinking Democrats are, of course, are irrelevant or considered an enemy of the Democratic Party and the state.

After chanting "Russia! Russia! Russia! Collusion! Collusion! Collusion!" as ordered tens of thousands of times assured by chanting this, Trump would be removed - they were told "never mind, now you chant "Obstruction! Obstruction! Obstruction!" and if they all will do that morning, noon and night, it will eliminate Trump. So that is what they now will chant - and post thousands and thousands of essentially identical messages chanting it on this forum. To prove their submissive loyalty, many will each start their own "Obstruction" chanting thread - like this one. Dozens and dozens of them.

That is how they saddled Democrats to nominating Hillary Clinton - "First female president. First female president, first female president," while Republicans under party bosses and MSM pressure instead kicked Jeb Bush to the curb.

It doesn't matter what Democrats on the forum think or say in terms of the 2020 election - accurate or inaccurate - because the corporate super rich who own the MSM and press will tell the majority of Democrats exactly what to think, say, chant and how to vote in the primary. On the Democratic side, it only matters what the corporate super rich say thru their MSM and press PR outlets. Nothing else is relevant and are wasted words.

Why did Putin prefer Trump to Clinton? Seems to me Hillary was critical of Putin’s election, and Obama was around when sanctions were imposed, and Barak wasn’t building a hotel in Moscow.

Why did Russians give the Clintons over $130 million plus an extra half a million to Bill Clinton's personal pocket after his secret meeting with Russian bankers?

Why did - after this - Hillary Clinton approve 20% of our uranium? Why did Obama and Clinton do nothing to stop Russia taking over Crimea?

Putin wanted Hilary Clinton to win - why Obama ordered no one interfere with Russian involvement in our election - until near the end. Russia have bought Clinton and Obama - for which in return they gave Putin Crimea and 20% our our uranium - in exchange for over $130 million to the Clintons and half a million into Bill's pocket for his secret promises to Russian bankers.

However, Hilary was SO MUCH in Putin's pocket - and EVERYONE knew it - she started ranting that she was going to order the US military to attack Russian aircraft - meaning WW3 according to our own military leadership. At that point, no SANE person supported Clinton and certainly Putin wouldn't.

I bet if Putin promised he was going to shoot down American aircraft over Germany we'd do all we could to oppose his election too.

This 100% answers the question - and is 100% why Clinton lost. Then all the insiders needed to do is block Trump ending the perpetual Cold War with the non-existent USSR for the trillions in profits, debt income, war industry income, and massive federal staffing and money from the endless Cold War - which they did by screaming "Russia! Collusion!"

And that is the entire story beginning to end.

One key variable that is not being addressed is the attempted coup by the Democrat led swamp. The front end of the collusion delusion has not been fully made public yet. Fake news is avoiding this like the plague. Soon even fake news will not be able to avoid the drama, as declassified data starts to pour out. The context for Trump's self defense, will finally become clear.

Did you read how the NY Times ordered their reporters to stop appearing on certain shows on CNN and MSNBC? They feel this will ruin the credibility of their newspaper. Why all of a sudden is the NYTimes worried about their credibility? The crap is gong to hit the fan and they are trying to get behind the fan, instead of remain in front of the fan.

Ten thousand lies or misleading statements, why? One thousand prosecutors agreeing trump has crossed the line of impeachment and yet the right sees no wrongdoing from this president. Maybe the trumps supporters got so excited with the thought of locking her up they can't see trump's tomfoolery?

You were used to the “old” Republicans, who stood on decorum and principle, and were steamrolled by the democrat rabble. Times have changed. Your democrats tried a coup de etat and failed.

How does the TDS rabble justify it it: “Dirty Trump didn’t get the memo and fought back, so that makes him guilty of not cooperating with the lynch party.”

Strangely, the investments by Russians in Trump's business is no different than the hundreds of millions given to the Clintons and the additional hundreds of millions funneled into the Clinton foundation by China. What you fail to reason logically is that Obama did nothing when Putin invaded Georgia in 2008-9 or the Ukraine in 2014 and seized the Crimea. Trump was not the president in both instances. Obama's relationship with Putin from the get go has been at best naïve, indecisive and has lacked concise and clear foreign policy which destabilized parts of the world. Not to mention the Syrian issue that Obama allowed Russia to interfere and escalate the issue. Hmm...., how many lines drawn in the sand by Obama have been crossed by Putin. In essence under Obama we had a weak, corrupt, indecisive president that invited aggression. Would it have been any better if Hillary had been elected. I don't think so.

As to Obama, you forgot to mention that he never said Merry Christmas, was born in Kenya, did a "terrorist fist bump" with Michelle, and wore a tan suit.
