Dems have done nothing but spin CT's for the last two years and you have bought into every last one of them. Apparently, the only CT's you dont swallow hook line and sinker are those that have nothing to do with Trump.

The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines treason as, “the offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance or to kill or personally injure the sovereign or the sovereign’s family.” Also, “the betrayal of a trust; treachery.” More importantly, “18 U.S. Code § 2381 – Treason” says: “Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason…”
With these definitions in mind, consider the case against former FBI Director James Comey; former CIA Director John Brennan; former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former President Obama; former FBI counterintelligence official Peter Strzok, former FBI lawyer Lisa Page; former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe; former Attorney General Loretta Lynch; two-time presidential loser Hillary Clinton; and anyone else involved in fabricating evidence against POTUS Trump that he “colluded with Russia” to ‘steal’ the 2016 election.
Assisting a declared enemy of the U.S. to accomplish espionage goals while undermining a sitting president and working to drive him from office — all objectives of Moscow — is akin to ‘providing aid and comfort’ to the same enemy.... The evidence is now clear: Donald Trump is no Russian stooge doing the work of Vladimir Putin, his primary accusers are really the guilty ones. And they must be held accountable.

It ain’t over yet. Barr, Horowitz, Huber and Durham in the DOJ, plus a few patriot congressional leaders like Nunes, have shown to have a pair of cajones, and just might get the job done.
The recently released, previously “lost”, memo from Kavelec showing that Steele, working for GPS Fusion and the Hillary campaign, claims to have gotten his info from a former top dog in the KGB/FSB, Trubnikov, and another close associate of Putin, Surkov, and how Halper and Misfud were working for both sides, before the first FISA warrant on Page, which relied heavily on that report? It was a coordinated attack on Trump's candidacy and then his presidency. A sordid conspiracy. Illegal as all hell. Yes, Treason.
Is this sedition rather than treason? The key difference between sedition and treason is that the sedition is a crime against one’s own state, and so is treason, but treason is considered far more serious crime than sedition. This article takes a close look at the two words, sedition and treason, to come up with their differences. Both adjudicated by conviction and hanging. The fact that foreign agents were employed in aiding and abetting the seditionists turned sedition into TREASON.

This sounds nothing like an attempt to distract from what Trump's team did during the 2016 campaign.

So I'm looking at the definition of treason and I'm considering what Lisa Page did. Then I remember absolutely nothing in the media about Trump that wasn't true or came from dossier which was actually thought to be less factual then than it appears to be now. On the other hand, I remember that Trump's associates met with the Russians time and time again and Russia hacked the DNC and used Wikileaks (the "I love Wikileaks" our President talked about) to slander Hillary's campaign on a daily basis. So I'm a little lost as to how the hiring of Fusion GPS constitutes treason. Can somebody explain that to me?

I'd love to know what those people think now.

By the way - 48% think there is a "Deep State". Not sure how you claim that to be "only a minority believes there is no deep state". 52% isn't a minority.

With the southern border overwhelmed by illegal immigrants, in large part by women and children from Central America, resulting in a full-fledged humanitarian crisis, Speaker Nancy Pelosi claims that the Democrat Party never denied that a crisis exists. With a straight face.
Yet, Pelosi stood right next to Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer in January as he dismissed President Trump’s Oval Office address on the government shut down that focused on border security — we can never forget because the two were mocked unmercifully for the imagery of that appearance.

I was expecting something more like, "If there's been no movement on this charge of treason in three years, I'd be willing to consider the possibility that the author may be mistaken.
