Testimony provided to Congress from former FBI lawyer Lisa Page reveals contradictions as to when she learned about former British spy Christopher Steele’s anti-Trump dossier, sheds light on the “insurance policy” and exposes the Obama Justice Department’s decision not to charge Hillary Clinton with allegedly violating the Espionage Act.
Page’s testimony, which was delivered behind closed doors last July before a joint task force of the House Oversight and Judiciary committees, reveals the internal machinations between senior bureau leadership and the DOJ. Basically, her testimony adds more depth to what happened during the critical months during the FBI’s investigation into President Trump’s election campaign and the bureau’s “Midyear Exam” investigation into Clinton.... As for the Clinton investigation, Page said the bureau “did not blow over gross negligence.” She told Rep. John Ratcliffe, R-Texas, there were ongoing discussions with former FBI Director James Comey and other senior officials about the issue. She said “on its face, it did seem like, well, maybe there’s a potential here for this to be the charge.... Page’s testimony does coincide with what former FBI General Counsel James Baker’s told the committee on “gross negligence.” In testimony he stated that he originally believed Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of highly classified information was “alarming” and “appalling,” as first reported at SaraACarter.com. He also believed her use of a private server to send the classified emails was sufficient enough to secure an indictment to possibly charge her for violations under the Espionage Act, for mishandling sensitive government documents.

The repercussions of these crimes are still happening with the Mueller investigation! Typical Progressive Marxist Socialist Democrats want to ignore the crimes committed by their own party, but wants to persecute any republican like Tucker Carlson for things that were said 10 years ago, or an appointed Justice to the Supreme Court that allegedly did something 30 years ago.
This is the real collusion between the FBI Cabal of Comey, McCabe, Strzok and Loretta Lynch DOJ for an insurance policy against Trump who they thought would never win.
From Lisa Paige's testimony, "Ratcliffe asked if the decision not to charge Clinton with gross negligence was a direct order from the DOJ. When you say advice you got from the Department, you're making it sound like it was the Department that told you? You're not going to charge gross negligence because we're the prosecutors and we're telling you we're not going to, he said. Page responded: That's correct!!" WOW!
So now PMS Dems are abandoning their "Russian Collusion" conspiracy theory, what now? College admission bribery? Hoaxed racist attacks? Meanwhile in the real world, Trump is well on his way to his 2020 re-election.
 
It is my belief that A.G. Barr is going to be making some moves soon. The fact that Mueller got his funds extended to September suggests to me that Mueller and Barr have something cooking between them that might be a surprise to all of us. Those of us following Judicial Watch's discovery through the freedom of information act, see a lot of lying by a lot of people. Let's not forget that Cohen's charge of lying to congress was generated by Mueller. Congress doesn't do a thing about it and that is an insult to the "one law for all" premise.

This leak has auspicious timing. Too badwe dont get the leaks like we did before.

BTW, keep chevking in with Judicial Watch. Its the go to place for new info uncovered via FOIA. They are basically doing discovery for DoJ.

It's really disheartening to watch the Democrats rush to the press with every baseless accusation against Trump. Meanwhile, the Republicans, even the ones who conducted the interviews, are essentially silent on all this stuff. They have given Page (and, one must believe, others) great leeway with the presumption of innocence while Trump gets exactly the opposite with nobody to defend him. If we can't count on the federal government to act evenly when it comes to criminal justice we may as well not have a government. If partisan politics has so completely infected the federal government that even justice has become a matter of party affiliation we are truly lost.

I sure hope so! Her testimony exposes the Obama Justice Department’s decision not to charge Hillary Clinton. I want to know who got to Loretta Lynch. Was it Obama or did Bill Clinton pay her off? Or was it Comey who had the final say?
her testimony focuses on the DOJ’s push not to charge Clinton, whereas Baker puts the onus on Comey. He said Comey did not believe the charges would stick and that he argued with Comey until just before the public announcement not to charge Clinton. Baker suggested he changed his mind shortly before Comey announced publicly on July 5, 2016 not to charge the then presidential candidate.

Holy Smokes! These particular people in the FBI were disgusting. If this wasn't a staged coup in the making, I don't know what else one would call it.

She adds, “and given that it is August, we were very aware of the speed and sensitivity that we needed to operate under.”

“[W]e don’t need to go at a total breakneck speed because so long as he doesn’t become President, there isn’t the same threat to national security, right,” Page added. “But if he becomes President, that totally changes the game.”

The exposure of the testimony of Lisa Page now places her in jeopardy. She now needs 24 hour armed security. She may be required to testify before the Senate Committee again, we don’t want her to end up DEAD...… like Seth Rich!
