Human trafficking and drug smuggling are ruining the lives of hundreds of thousands of people in America as we speak. Both of those illegal industries are operated largely by illegal immigrants. Neither are so-called 'victimless crimes', even though that's what most people on the left seem to believe.

Actually no President can change the law that Congress has written and passed and signed by another President. The job of the President is to fully and faithfully execute the law. Not go around it or ignore it.
