Schneiderman will nail nothing. If this opinion piece is going to be today's Trump gotcha then the Trump family is safe for a couple months.
 
We have been hearing from the jump that the Trumps run charities badly to very badly, some say with lots of lies.....

Surely Trump made the right call based upon the performance Obama's picks Trump asked to stay on for a spell to help with the transition, for the good of America. Too many of them have made their Trump hate the main thing.

Preset Bharara was US Attorney for the Southern District of NY. A Federal position, not the NY AG, as you referenced in your post.

Since you started your post with 'and', you are accept your confusion. Perhaps...you are just writing...in conversational style.
