Interesting the Russian press was let in the meeting, but it was secreted from the U.S. press.

This is a totally messed-up Presidency.

I do not think Trump's war with the press and three-letter-agencies will work-out very well for him.

Why would the White House (or anyone else for that matter) be furious over a picture of the President shaking hands with a foreign ambassador? Any foreign ambassador we are not at war with anyway.

Isn't that being diplomatic?

I agree. And there is no reason that even people at legitimate war should not shake hands if and when they are having diplomatic discussions.

Anyone with a brain knows/should know that it is better to settle things in discussion than on the battlefield.
