Trump can shake up the staff all he wants. The problem in most cases is him.
 
Yeah, Trump's losing his mind 1 tweet at a time. He's going to be too paranoid to govern. I called it before he even tweetered his first presidential tweet.. before it's said and done.. Trump will be Caligula.

paranoid dictator clutching for dear life onto power, distrusting all his closest advisors. feuding with the government. if the shoe fits.
