I think it's because the GOP's policies are designed to hurt and oppress blacks and other minorities to prevent them from becoming full and equal US citizens.

because most nazis and other racists are republicans. not all republicans are nazis, but the ones who aren't depend on the nazi vote to win, so they stay mostly quiet about it unless they are whining about being accused of racism by association.

There is no reason for minorities to vote Republican, that is the current home for white nationalism.

Who is fighting to keep the confederate monuments and flag?

Read any of the rightie comments about BLM? That is the Republican base.

You must have found sections in our U.S. Constitution that are specifically designed to deprive blacks of the right to pursue their happiness. If you are black and you are a citizen of this country, then you are in Biden's pocket. You don't even have to think about who to vote for. You're locked into the Democratic Party like people on heroin.
Biden, Pelosi and Chucky Schumer are your best friends because you know they have your interests at heart.
Just vote for them and your life will become so much better.

Oh...you mean the '3/5 of a person' clause?

Blacks have been treated like second class citizens and foreigners since before this countries inception and clear up to the present day. Why just the other day, some Trump supporter told black athletes to go back to Africa...as if this wasn't their country, too. The Navy Seals used dogs to attack a Kaepernick stand in for a fund raiser. The list of treating blacks as non-unequal citizens is long....like over two hundred years long and it's still going on today.

You must be a very strong person to be able to carry that huge chip on your shoulder for so many years.
Makes me want to go buy a "Black Lives Matter" sign and stick in on my front lawn with the hope that my property won't be vandalized or burned down.

If there were as many genuine Nazis (violent, anti-democratic, ultranationalist white-supremacists) in the United States as would be needed to win seats, the United States would have ceased to be a democracy years ago, and untermenschen like me and political dissidents like you would have been placed on the train to Auschwitz a long time ago.

African-Americans, just like voters in other nations who are part of less wealthy communities, tend to vote for the Party that offers the most in government handouts.
