Why do African Americans overwhelmingly vote against the GOP?

Nationalism is an idea and movement that promotes the interests of a particular nation (as in a group of people) especially with the aim of gaining and maintaining the nation's sovereignty (self-governance) over its homeland.

Oh, is that the argument at hand? It is about our national identity in relation to "other nations"?

Looks to me as if the subject is about "white nationalism", the context being white/black relations, not international relationships.

The GOP has a serious White supremacist issue.
 
It is possible that liberals are right about blacks, that they cannot succeed on their own, which would suggest that is the reason they vote Democrat, for handouts and to be coddled. But then that does not explain black culture pre 1960, so my guess is that after 80 years of liberal policy, African Americans simply believe the white liberal view of themselves, that they are inferior, perpetual victims, and cannot do anything without help. Black Republicans of course see right through this, and are trying hard to undue the damage, but man it's hard after decades of brainwashing and dependence on the white liberal master.
 
Republican voters often view non whites as
1. Taking advantage of White people
2. Getting free stuff
3. Dangerous, criminal, thugs
4. Dirty, poor, third world, and representing inferior cultures
5. A threat to American/White culture and established order/white supremacy
6. Inferior
7. Job takers
8. Government System abusers
9. Abusers of working whites

Oh, and yet the only people struggling against racism in America is white people

I think we all have experienced talking to such white conservatives

That was very liberal of me, I admit, but how else to explain it other than to accept the liberal/progressive view of POCs, and blacks in particular? Who am I to disagree?

You really need to stop playing the victim.

For example :

If whites are critical of blacks because they are more likely to commit crime, it's because statistics prove that blacks are FOUR times more likely to commit murder.

If whites are critical that so many black children grow up in single parent homes, it's because statistics show that black children are THREE times more likely to do so.

Their perceptions are based on real problems in black communities and NOT racism.

Blacks need to stop playing the race card and do more to solve their own problems, instead of constantly blaming whites or "racism" for their problems.

Respect is earned, not given.

NO, It's simpler than that. I am an American and I want America to win.
Trump is the president and I want him to win.
He won the presidency fair and square and I want to see the country succeed under his leadership..
Too bad you don't have such loyalty to this country. All you can see is having a Progressive come in and take over pushed by a bunch a radical Leftists like Bernie, AOC, Obama, Pelosi, Schumer, and the Squad of questionable Americans in Congress.

I never to referred to race or white/black relations. You brought up white nationalism. I am just a nationalist who happens to be white. Race has nothing to do with my nationalism. I just want America to be the greatest country on earth. That's all.
I realize that in this woke, cancel-culture movement, one is supposed to reject America as the champion of the world.
But I am very proud to be an American and I do not want to see Trump lose.

Yeah, look what the Great Society of the 60s led by Lyndon Johnson has done for poverty in the black community.
After trillions spent propping up poor people there are more people on welfare than ever before.

Some have earned my respect. Some haven't. This applies to all people.

You have obviously not understood, or choose to ignore, the major thrust of my argument :

It's no use playing the victim when the reality is that black communities produce murders out of all proportion to the national average.

It's no use playing the victim when the reality is that the number of black children that are brought up in single parent homes out of all proportion to the national average.

Black people need to spend more of their time improving black communities than destroying property, protesting against police and racism etc.

If blacks want more respect, it needs to be earned not given.

And thanks for your link which clearly show that blacks are far more likely to commit crime than other races. Although, everyone with any sense knows that already.

Given the fact that the democrats give out more free things than republicans do.

That could be just as much of a contributing factor in all of this. That and keeping more people, especially minorities, shoved into high capacity housing and apparently wringing them dry for every vote that they're worth. Seems to do just what one would thing it does.

Hell, I voted democrat fro most my life until they turned on me for simply voicing my objections, about where the party was going.

Like I said, this is possible. It's entirely possible that black people are exactly as liberals see them, incapable and wanting a nanny state and no personal responsibility. But I highly doubt it, judging by what we saw of black people between abolition of slavery and the 1960s, where they made it clear they are very much capable.

It's possible they see dead people too, or unicorns. Care to elaborate on what in the world you're talking about? You mean white people who are nationalists? Why would black people have a problem with that, most blacks are very patriotic and nationalist. Which way black supremacists vote I have no idea, same with their white counterparts.
