Collectivism. The political left views groups as the relevant moral entities. The opposite of this bizarre and dangerous belief is individualism.

Hence the left rejects the idea of the self-made man, or even personal responsibility. Collectivism was at the core of the whole "you didn't build that" nonsense from Obama.

The left isn't interested in punishing white racists - because they hold the simplistic, and incorrect view that anyone who is part of the white group is a racist by definition.

A specific group would include ALL which you earlier tried to weasel out of. But, the specific group, i.e., white people means you are a racist.

I dont feel guilty. I’d just like for people that dont look like me to be able to have a decent life and not be harassed for theirs.
 
People need to learn that being racist covers a wide variety of things. You may not be a nazi but biases conscious or otherwise are part of racism.
