Why I don’t believe the Biden accuser..

First off as both a disclaimer and to end around the accusations of hypocrisy...


I do not believe the woman who accused trump of groping her on a plane in the 70s, and even if we assume the kavanagh allegations were correct, Kavanagh attempting to rape her is not even remotely the only logical scenario looking at those variables..

everyone was drunk...

Kavanagh could have thought they were making goo goo eyes at each other..

leads her to the back bedroom , and she makes no claim of resisting.

Then he thinks he has the go ahead and starts kissing and groping her, thinking she is in...

She screams as that is not what she wanted..

He covers her mouth, not to silence her to rape her, but to silence her long enough to let her know she had the wrong idea (again everyone is drunk).

Then Kavanagh’s friend tackles them and she slips away , both parties oblivious to the fact a MAJOR miscommunication just happened..

Logical scenario where no one is lying and no one is a rapist..



TO BIDEN...

I watched a part of her account that has serious holes...

She claims Biden pinned her against a wall and forcefully penetrated her with his fingers..


As proof she claims she told her brother and a friend about the event in the 90s..

Guess what she claims the brother and best friends reply to her telling them she was raped by HER boss is???

I highlighted “HER” to point out the brother and the best friend are not dependent on joe Biden, like he was their boss and might tint their reaction???



Her brother and best friends response to being raped???


“Let it go.”





And on that I gotta call BS....

Nothing is impossible, but the thought that an American male would tell his sister to “let it go” when she was raped by a millionaire , and might even can get a big chunk of those millions in any future settlement or lawsuit is just really hard to buy...



That leads me to believe either the entire allegation, or at least her witnesses are frauds....

It comes down to the math of whT you believe is more likely???


A) would a brother tell a sister to forgo the speaking fees and book deals for reporting the fact she was raped by a celebrity by telling her to “let it go”.

B) would someone lie about an assault to get rich and famous??

It's basically impossible to know for certain what happened, but I would not be surprised if a staffer was told not to go after a powerful politician for sexual assault in the early 90's. I'm including her brother in this. I think Biden will definitely survive the news. Most people don't really pay a political cost, maybe a hit to their reputation, for accusations like these.

No idea really. I think that it is highly probable that Biden has been inappropriate with several people given the video evidence and the number of accusers. I just don't know how far it went.
 
The fact that the MSM isn't even mentioning the accusation suggests that the story is not tight enough yet to go public.

My personal, out of my butt to be fair , theory is that the part about him caressing her inappropriately are true, and that is what she told the brother and friend to be told “let it go”.

I think the more extreme account is for PR.

I am saying even if you look at it from the worst possible scenario for Kavanagh, the woman has a rock solid memory and is not lying..

It still is not definitive.. the situation did not progress to the point where anyone could say what would have happened..



That said, IMHO Trumps “P grabbing” comments going public CLOSELY followed by Trumps decision to bring the 3 frauds accusing Bill Clinton of rape created the appearance of a moral imperative for every legit victim of sexual assault and/or anyone passionate about sexual assault to try and take trump down...


Does it make the false allegations justified, of course not..

But I have never seen someone beg more to be falsely accused of rape...

First he makes those comments “proving” he is a slime ball. The he brings 3 frauds the even he publicly said were lying, so he can pretend to be a champion of abused women.....

A Hollywood writer would be hard pressed to fabricate a better reason for people to lie on someone...

That's an interesting defense I have heard before. Ohio Congressman Buzz Lukens was accused of inappropriate behavior involving a 15 year old girl many years ago. One of the stories that circulated was why a congressman-who could go to the "Waterfront" ( a swank steakhouse that was favored by pro ball players on the Kentucky side of the Ohio river just south of Cincinnati) and score with all sorts of hot chicks-would try to hook up with a girl that was charitably described as "plain"? Who knows-but he did so this defense the Biden could have done better doesn't really work
