Thought he was bad in the debates and on the campaign trail... but his online ramblings and media interviews are a clusterf***! We cannot afford another 4 years of Trump. Biden seems closer to moving into a retirement home than he is the White House. I hope to God I'm wrong. If Biden is still the nominee in November I'll be voting for him because that is just how bad Trump really is. But this is not a good situation.

DNC is way ahead of you. Do you think them building up Cuomo is an accident.

This guy?

It would be fun to see the debates between coumo and trump; they're from the same tribe.

How, exactly, would you suggest that this Biden replacement be selected?

BTW, if you will vote for Joe "most electable" Biden (even after concluding that he belongs in a nursing home) then why should (must?) he be replaced?

So when will the Republican Party move to come up with a candidate to replace Trump. Seems nothing is happening on that side.
OP who would you like to see to replace Biden at this stage of the election process?

I would not rule out the DNC establishment going into a corner at the convention and deciding to go another way since this Biden / Sanders fiasco is full tilt now.

Have a care, Geoist. By simply stating what practically everyone who has observed Joe Biden for more than five seconds is thinking, you may be accused of regurgitating right-wing propaganda.

That having been said, I agree with you. My Grandfather, may he rest in peace, began suffering from dementia towards the end of his life and he sounded more put-together and with it than Joe Biden. Biden sounds tired, he sounds sad, he sounds elderly. While he has not lost all of his piss and vinegar, he has lost his vim and vigor certainly.

No worries. As soon as he names Hillary as his VP, he will have an unexpected accident that leaves her with the nomination.

I think we can afford another four years of President Trump, but yeah, time for Biden's family to intercede and get help for Joe Biden.
The Democratic Party is also out in left field. I have to wonder why they are allowing him to speak publicly. His decline is rapid.

Obviously the fairest way to replace him is to have the 2nd place finisher (Bernie) as the nominee. And I know I'd get a lot of **** from my fellow centrist liberals for saying that. :lamo

Because it is still better than having the narcissist-in-chief. At least, for Biden, there'd be a chance for enacting the 25th Amendment.

Not a Clinton conspiracy theorist, but that was pretty good.

There's a reason why they kept him quiet for so long. Now I bet they wished they didn't let him loose.

And replace him with who exactly? How would you go about this? What are you going to tell people who prefer Biden and voted for him? Did you think any of this out? Or is this just a knee jerk reaction to some video?

Trump has said a gazillion totally crazy things and lies every day. And he WON.

One could argue that it's required these days.

That makes his VP choice all the more important. Could you still vote for him if he picks someone completely out of their league like Stacy Abrams?

It is axiomatic that Trumpism's accusations are really confessions. The hit on Biden's verbal gaffes is an admission that Trump's incoherence is a problem.

Yep, how could the DNC (elite?) leadership possibly accept one of the (mistakenly preferred?) top two choices of their electorate? After all, demorat party leadership has no real connection to (affinity for?) democracy - they know that mere voters have been given far too much power and that it has caused them serious problems. They must insert a smooth talking puppet to carry out their (behind the scenes) orders - they must no longer allow everyday people to choose a "wrong thinking" candidate.

Have you watched the video? Have you seen the interviews? They are a disaster. The guy is, unfortunately, losing it.

Listen, I want Biden to run a good campaign. I want him to obliterate Trump in the debate and on the campaign trail (or whatever campaign trail there is in a pandemic world). I just don't see that happening. Do you honestly see him getting better, cognitively?

So you can’t answer any of the questions...

The conspiracy theorists are out in force I see.

How is it a conspiracy theory to say the DNC didn't want him in the public eye continuously inflicting harm on his campaign?

So you can’t answer any of the questions...

It is not my question to answer. The DNC created this problem and it is their problem to figure out. I'm a Bernie guy so I get no say in who the DNC picks.

And you didn't answer my questions: Have you seen the interviews? Do they give you hope of ousting Trump?

The DNC does not run his campaign. This is not hard stuff, I don’t know why you struggle with it.

The DNC does not pick who runs or wins. So have you figured out how to answer any of the questions posed. They are kinda key to the premise of the thread.
