Am I the only one who's noticed that republicans are sparing no expense to rescue the economy?

Spinning now....

You were asked where the money IS. You then proposed potential income streams.

Your claim was false.

That is a fact.

This type of policy pays for itself with a multiplier of Two or more. It is an investment. We can get the money through "junk bonds".

don't get me wrong, I fully support the effort. Its what they should be doing but I just cant help but suspect its only because a republican is president. I don't see any protests, claims of hyperinflation, dollar collapse, market to zero. And not only are republicans no longer worried about deficits as they hope to prevent a depression, they seem to be mad that they cant spend it as fast as they want to. Golly, that's not how I remember them during the Great Bush Recession. And the ongoing negotiations only show more republican hypocrisy. Democrats are not "conspiring to obstruct" the stimulus. they are simply trying to put some adequate controls on how the money is spent. This would be common sense even if Trump wasn't president. Its even more important with him in office.

The fiscal conservative tag line was just that and nothing more. Just the usual BS from the elephant in the room.

we tried to tell them for 12 years. they wouldn't listen. Now they deflect.

No...you brought it up with your OP. You can't even keep the facts of your own posts correct, just a few days ago, let along the realities of the recession based on the Democrat mortgage bubble.

FK, I mentioned the Great Bush Recession. The great Bush Recession started on his watch. That meets all conservative standards to call it the Great Bush Recession. But since you're back. Why don't we discuss the thread topic or you dishonestly pretending to not remember republicans attacking everything President Obama did to end the Great Bush Recession and help the economy. Or you can just continue to fixate on me.

You do?

How will it be paid for? What do you think about adding another 2.2 trillion to our already 23.6 national debt?

wow, 3 questions. And you were so desperate to ask them you even asked one you knew the answer to. poor luther. Here's an idea, since you're pretending to be concerned about deficits, why don't you start a thread. Anyhoo, since you're here, why don't you address the flaming hypocrisy of republican's happily voting for something 2.5 times President Obama's stimulus. And remember, the only complaint about they had was the mean ole dems made them wait 3 days.

Just to let you know, you did a hell of a job not answering.

Thumbs up

yes, I ignored your deflecting questions. I would love for you to explain why I should answer questions that have nothing to do with my posts. This thread is about the flaming hypocrisy of republican happily voting for something 2.5 times President Obama's stimulus. I just cant find a conservative to admit that this proves that 12 years ago they were letting more Americans suffer and suffer longer for their political agenda. Oh, that's why you're cowardly deflecting. You cant handle reality.

Actually, they were straight to the point

It just makes you uncomfortable

I understand

Luther, you're wringing your hands about who'll pay for the republican stimulus. Good, later you can claim "I was concerned". This thread is about the flaming hypocrisy of republican happily voting for something 2.5 times President Obama's stimulus. I just cant find a conservative to admit that this proves that 12 years ago they were letting more Americans suffer and suffer longer for their political agenda. So you're saying there's no dim's behind this as well?(LOL)

Republicans also seem clueless about how to rescue the collapsing economy without bankrupting the nation with their cure.

no Luther, I'm not saying that. (see I happily answer legitimate questions of my posts). I see you're desperately looking for some reason to continue posting while cowardly deflecting from the thread topic. Democrats voted for it because they put America first just like they did 12 years ago. Why are republicans voting for it when 12 years ago they pretended deficits were more important? oh that's right, we have a republican president. Again, this thread is about the flaming hypocrisy of republican happily voting for something 2.5 times President Obama's stimulus. I just cant find a conservative to admit that this proves that 12 years ago they were letting more Americans suffer and suffer longer for their political agenda. Oh, that's why you're cowardly deflecting. You cant handle reality.

marke, its so good to find a conservative who agrees that republicans' lack of concern for deficits proves they are flaming lying hypocrites for happily voting for something 2.5 times President Obama's stimulus. they let more Americans suffer and suffer longer for their political agenda.

Okay, since you're just another partisan

Where were the Republicans on this?

oh luther, we already know not one house member voted for President Obama's stimulus. Thank you for proving what I've already posted.
surely you remember not one house republican and only 3 senate republicans voted for it.

This is exactly what proves they're flaming lying hypocrites happily voting for something 2.5 times President Obama's stimulus. For some reason I don't think that's why you posted it. Could you please explain why you posted (see how that's related to what you posted). anyhoo, since you're here and you've proven that republicans are flaming lying hypocrites happily voting for something 2.5 times President Obama's stimulus, lets discuss how that proves that republicans let more Americans suffer and suffer longer for their political agenda when a democrat was president.

I think practically no democrats and precious few republicans understand that the end of decades of ballooning deficit spending with never any reductions in debt will end in bankruptcy. It is also sad that so few republicans and practically no ignorant gullible democrats recognize that democrats have been voter frauding themselves into power for decades.

Okay, I thought that you were making it out to be that Republicans never shown some conservatism

But it's nice to see you play your partisan politics

Very typical

Luther, its good to see you admit you were confused about something I've never posted. The reason you're so easily confused and attacking imaginary things is you are desperate to avoid the thread topic. Now, read this slowly to understand. You posted proof that republicans voted almost unanimously against President Obama's stimulus. You know republicans are happily voting for something 2.5 times that stimulus. In fact, their only complaint was democrats made them wait 3 days. How do define me starting a thread to point out their flaming lying hypocrisy concerning stimulus and deficits as "partisan politics"?

Now I know you will be desperate to not answer and you'll be very tempted to post "wah wah you don't answer question" but remember, I've clearly stated I address questions related to my posts. I ignore deflecting questions. My question is directly related to your post. And Luther, this is a big opportunity for you. You could be the first conservative to put integrity over narrative.
