Wait is this something else I got correct??? Nunes lawsuit amounts to nothing. Surprise surprise.

A federal judge has tossed out a racketeering lawsuit House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes filed last year against the private investigation firm at the heart of the Trump-Russia saga.

Screw that. What about the cow?

Bet they don’t mention it on Fox!

Again, you don't know your subject matter or didn't bother to thoroughly read your source.

"O'Grady said he'd allow a revised version of the suit to be re-filed within 30 days, but he said that should only happen if Nunes can craft a complaint that doesn't violate a federal rule against court filings that are frivolous or unsupported by evidence."

Nunes, you can't make frivolous or unsupported allegations, hear?

It seems very obvious that even you don't read the crap you write. What the judge was obviously saying is "like this one was."

So? It's obvious my point was above your pay grade.

I predicted nothing would come from these Nunes lawsuits, and as usual I was right. So another way to put the words you quoted are Nunes has 30 days to find evidence he hasn't in four years. OK. sure jan... I'm sure this time he'll get it right. :lamo What a freaking joke he is.

Your point was that Nunez has 30 days to keep screaming like a spoiled bitch, stomping his feet and foaming at the mouth. After that, he's gettin 86ed.

The one who's out of league is Nunez. The judge gets to do the screaming. Not him.

I thought that it was nearly impossible to come up with more idiotic responses, and then trix proved me wrong. I don't know why plain English is so difficult to understand... oh wait. Maybe if it's not their native tongue...

I believe Nunes is stupid enough to refile. After all, he literally lists his profession as producing bull**** (I know, technically cow *****), but I suspect his attorney might know better. Then again, maybe not. Devin Nunes filed six lawsuits in 2019. Where are they now? (SacBee). I once had to deal with a fellow who was literally as litigious as Nunes. When I started with him (he was himself a lawyer) he'd had half a dozen frivolous lawsuits dismissed already. I was only responsible for making it a dozen. He even kept filing lawsuits after he was disbarred. Sadly, and I mean that sincerely, he died of a brain tumor, which may have had some connection to his deteriorating mental health. I'm not sure what Nunes' excuse is, but he is one litigious asshole.

* One of the lawsuits was literally a complaint about the local farmers saying out loud that Nunes is not really a farmer. Then this happened: After ‘fake farmer’ claim, Devin Nunes reports he owns small farm that earns no income (Fresno Bee).

They still believe Pizzagate was real.
