Disprove the Bidens are corrupt.

What does having an indictment mean? The FBI had an indictment even though they didn't have facts to back it up. The Mueller investigation had the indictment but didn't have the facts to back it up. The house has the indictment but doesn't have the facts to back it up.

An indictment means that enough evidence has been gathered to charge someone and proceed to trial.


You dont have that on the bidens.


You have a lot of opinions....but nothing else

The FBI didn't have the evidence to proceed with an investigation. Mueller didn't have the evidence to proceed with an investigation. The house doesn't have the evidence to proceed with an impeachment.

Again. You are expressing a opinion. The fact is they did those things. Mueller was a republican. The FBI works for trump.


Factually......you do not have any evidence to get an indictment on the bidens so as of now they can not be called corrupt

I'm always reminded of the 60 Minutes interview where Trump stated he didn't want to hurt the Clintons when asked about taking action against them like he said he would during the campaign. I suspect much with Trump is about the smearing of opponents versus actually being interested in addressing concerns of corruption.

It has been investigated, the Pentagon already certified The Ukraine as having made sufficient progress on corruption. The onus of guilt or innocence is on the accuser in this country... :roll:

The reason Trump isn't removed is fear. Plain and simple. Take voters out of the equation, and the Senate would have removed Trump long ago.

Obstruction of one co-equal branch by another co-equal branch hasn't been shown.
Let me correct that ... there's more evidence of a House Intel Committee plot against the Executive branch than there is of an Executive branch plot to do whatever the hell they're accused of doing against the Legislative branch.

The facts proclaim your guy ordered staff to deny and disparage the authority of the House to Inquire into the executive branch for oversight and impeachment purposes. That is really all some of us need to know, we don't need to hear any Thing else to render a True verdict in modern information age times.

Trump can legally exempt his advisors from testimony, and the House has a legal remedy through the courts. The House did not pursue the remedy. It's not possible to claim obstruction when you've failed to exhaust the legally available remedy.

He only has that privilege at law, not at Impeachment; the House has Constitutional oversight authority once the executive and legislative branches cannot be diplomatic enough with each other to handle it, less seriously.

It should be a "market based metric" for that high Office.

The law is not suspended by impeachment. The House could seek remedy through the courts. They chose not to. There are three coequal branches of government for a reason. If that reason eludes you, I can't help it.

Impeachment is political not at law.

Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.
