The left is boringly predictable. Rather than weight to hear the defenses position and argue against they jump the shark with character assasination attempts on the people who will be making the argument.

Speaking for myself i am curious to hearing the democrats complete argument closed door testimony included, as to why they feel removing Trump from office is necessary. Im also curious to hear Trumps response to that. I dont particulary care who is making the case for either side. I just want it be fair.

I wonder how you would know if a trial is fair. How do Americans decide what is fair given that so many people still love Bill Clinton and Obama? Obama-lovers and Trump-haters will end up thinking the trial was unfair because no Republicans are going to vote to convict.
The Republicans certainly want to make the trial to appear to be fair because they are working toward a quick acquittal without angering too many voters.

I have already stated what a fair trial looks like to me in numerous threads. In a sense it is subjective to how each person defines what fair is. I think most of us have similiar definitions and regardless of how you feel about him, i think most of us can distinguish if the criteria was met to call it fair or not. Even if some people refuse to admit it outloud, privately they will either feel it was fair or not.
I do believe there is a portion of people who do not care if its fair or not, they just want him removed. They do not believe he legitimately won the election and removing him by any means is their top priority. Which to me is a kind of silly attitude because we are 7-8 months away from the election. If enough people agree he should be removed that is the appropiate time to do it.
It almost seems as if the democrats are not confident that they have enough voter support to vote him out and this is a desperate attempt at an end around. In a perverse way they are guility of what they claim trump is guility of. They are trying to tarnish him, hoping to influence the election.
It remains to be seen if its going to work or not. There is a full press campaign by the democrats and the media trying to convince voters that Trump is the encompassiment (sp?) Of all things that are bad and nothing good. Conservatives should not underestimate this threat. Its real.
It may backfire on the progressives and result in sweeping victories for the gop but i dont take that for granted. Neither should anyone else who is concerned by the manner they are trying to win. I think things are only gonna become uglier as we get closer to November.

I kinda like Dershowitz the best of all. This is a great gig for him too. He is in his twilight years and will pick up some good ducats for this as well as being able to showoff his vast knowledge of constitutional law. Best thing about hi is that he won't waver no matter what. He calls it by the book. Same with Starr but I do think Starr is too detailed and may ten to veer off into areas that aren't important. I like Sekulows style though I don't think he is as good on the law as the other two.

All in all, a fantastic team that will rip a hew one for the Dems. They will be holding their behinds and whimpering before this is all over crying to their buddies at CNN and MSNBS about how the all "Starr" team is being so unfair.

Case in point, there was a hyperlink to an article where he's counter suing his rape accuser. Also, there was a a hyperlink where Dershowitz admits he got a massage at Epstein's house but he kept his underwear on and it was an old Russian women. Wait, I was wrong.
