Speaking for myself i am curious to hearing the democrats complete argument closed door testimony included, as to why they feel removing Trump from office is necessary. er uh Trouble, you're in the wrong thread. "wah wah wait for the evidence" doesn't apply to this thread. This thread is about the literal all star-team of cretins that trump has assembled for his defense. If you had bothered to read the link, you'd see that for yourself. And fyi, we've seen the evidence that trump abused his power for personal gain. I guess you not bothering to read OPs and associated links is a trend for you.

Im in the right thread, you just dont like what i have to say. Your thread is nothing but an attempt to distract from the credability problem the charges have by attacking the character of the defense team. Whether or not you or anyone else approves of Trumps legal team does not change the fact that they are all competent lawyers who all are in good professional standing with the courts.

So the did not have to dismiss Strzok for be blatantly anti-Trump, right? So Andrew Weissmann was not a a Clinton donor and did not attend her election party. The list goes on. What is by law an unbiased investigation is actually staffed with Clinton supporters, Trump haters, or both. This is not the first, second or thirtieth time we have seen the Clintons stack a deck.

The thing about narratives is that they can be true and there are usually facts to check.

I like Sekulows style though I don't think he is as good on the law as the other two.

All in all, a fantastic team that will rip a hew one for the Dems. They will be holding their behinds and whimpering before this is all over crying to their buddies at CNN and MSNBS about how the all "Starr" team is being so unfair.

Its really hard to pick the worst one. The stalker one is cleary the worst human there but I'm going to have to say Starr. He suddenly believes in impeachment is bad combined with the Baylor scandal. I'm surprised Weinstein didnt hire him. Wait, he can afford a good attorney.

There are a number of clues that the defense of Trump is trolling.

1) First, that Starr, who argued that obstruction of justice was an impeachable offense, will be arguing that obstruction of justice and abuse of power are not impeachable offenses. That Starr will be making these arguments is trolling.
2) The use of Starr at all since he was Independent Counsel in charge of the investigation into Clinton.
3) Finally, that McConnell said he will follow the rules in Clinton’s impeachment. You have to read between the lines here. What he’s saying is that the idea is to repeat the acquittal in that impeachment.

So everything is trolling as well as revenge for not removing Clinton from office. When you remember that the sole political philosophies of the Republican Party are trolling and grievance, everything snaps into focus.

Can you just imagine some blithering fool "scholar" trying to tell Dershowitz that he can be impeached because he called CNN fake news while another one telling Starr she is frightened by his hotels and that is an impeachable offense too?

FWIW, I just assumed that Dersowitz would be the best of trump's hand picked cretins. Sure, he was accused of rape at Epstein's, sure he admits he got a massage at Epsteins, sure he hilariously claimed it was an "old, old Russian woman" but I at least thought he was competent. Maybe he was at one time but I've never seen it. So in addition to his babbling flip flop of what he thinks is impeachable he also called Cooper and toobin bullies.

“I was saying that I’m much more correct right now, having done much more research," Dershowitz replied....
