Most posters know where my opinions come down as far as the current administration. That being, said, Wednesday’s hearing is dripping with partisanship. Majority members mostly, only engage the three favorable constitutional scholars. Conversely the minority members mostly only engage Turley. IMO, this won’t move the needle, and may in fact move the needle the wrong way. Never underestimate the Democrats ability to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory......


Parnas’ court proceeding is scheduled for February. The longer this goes on the more advantage goes to the administration.

Unless there are “bombshells”, (I hate that overused term,) to come, I predict a Trump re-election......:shrug:
 
I've only been able to catch about half an hour of the show and, as you say, it's ridiculously partisan. The attorney doing some of the questioning for the Majority even cut Turley off as he was trying to give context to one of his staments that was being cited. There didn't appear to even be any attempt to discuss the case as if there was another opinion equally valid as the one Democrats hold.

That constitutional lawyer actually is a party hack that was inline for a Supreme Court pick if Hillary was elected. She was hand picked because they knew she would parrot the typical liberal BS in favor of impeachment.

All I have done is ask you about details you have shared in open forum. When I first came aboard, I addressed you with respect as Chief. I was confused when you ignored my entreaty. After some time the story came out; I commend you for not inflating your somewhat mediocre military service. Thank-you for your service.

Today's hearing wasn't about this case, it was about the historical and constitutional parameters of what impeachment is.
