Exactly why would war with Mexico be scary for the US???

Does Mexico even have a navy??? I would be shocked if they have a single destroyer..

Mexico’s president would complain.. trump would send a few billion tax dollars and all is well..

Mexico vs the US military would be like the ant pile NEXT DOOR declaring war on me..

I wouldn’t even notice..

Again, Mexico and its people will protect its land against all invaders.

The fact that you work with Mexicans, which more than likely were the losers that couldn't make anything of their lives in Mexico, doesn't mean you know anything about the Mexican people and how fiercely they will protect their homeland and their way of life.

It was an example of how out classed their military would be..

Since you are from Mexico.. I am in no way trying to downplay Mexico for some reason. America spends more money on their military than the other number 2 -30 ranked countries COMBINED!!!

It sounds like that cannot possibly be true.. it fluctuates a bit but it absolutely is....


That said I doubt America could take on the 2-30 at the same time, and there is a huge drop off in military spending after the top 8 or so countries. So it sounds worse than it is..

But one on one... no other country is even in America’s weight class.

Lol there will be no invasion...

3 drones “invade” Mexican air space for 2 hours.. and Mexico likely doesn’t find out until they are back at a us airbase..

From that point , Mexico is in zero danger and what??

Is gonna decide to commit suicide for the principle of “the broke out sovereignty!!”

The people I work with are excellent, shirt off their back family people.. I could call any one of them and borrow 3-4 grand right now no questions asked... and everyone of them has more than that in savings.... 6, 12 hour days adds up. Lol


I am not taking shots at Mexico..

If we are racing cars without a hard set of rules , and I spend as much as the other 30+ other race car drivers combined on my car.. I’m gonna win.. and it might not even be close..

You do not bet pink slips(car titles) on that race.. unless you hate your car I guess.

Ask your compañeros how many of them left their family in Mexico to start a new one in the US.

Successful people do not cross the border illegally to live in the U.S., only the loser that can't make it where they are mostly because education was not important in their lives and that is the only way to get ahead in Mexico.

I'm thinking Mexico would at least half-way accept Trump's lie, whatever that may look like, because they get $ from the US and don't want to piss off the retaliatory/reactive Trump.

None of them....

One has a BIG spread in Mexico that his wife and brother take care of while he is heresy. He used to make trips home every year, but hasn’t since 911 made it no longer worth it..

4 have there families here.. their first families lol.. they came here in their early teens and all but the first guy have stayed..

One did have a previous wife and is remarried but she lives here too.. I know that because he often gets caught cheating with her lol...

2 are early 20s sand never been married...



According to them the average construction person makes less than 100$ a week for legit hard labor..

Here they make ... more than me and I bring home 1,300 a week.

6, 12 hour days that is not as good as it seems lol..

I have zero doubt there are plenty of garbage Mexicans.... but I doubt many of them work 6, 12s to support their families..

I bet there are easier ways for garbage people to profit..

Boots-on-the-ground would be totally uncool. Especially if they go somewhere where there is any number of cartel, in which case Americans will die. Backfire, bigtime. It would have to be 100% aerial, w/some "operatives" on the ground. Cartel would have no problem going-up against American troops on the ground.

Sicario is too limited a foray. Too easy to deny. Not enough headline for Trump-level distraction of the nature we're discussing. No big deal. IMO.

Sicario hit-man much better chance of success. A drone, not so much. A missile, yeah, more likely and zero human risk (Trump could just pretend/lie we had American inside intel). I just think a drone-strike against some compound somewhere wouldn't be so effectual in either totality or getting some particular cartel head. No big deal.

It would have to be significant. A car? Only if a cartel leader was inside. A compound? Would have to be sizeable.

BTW, when you were using the term "sicario", I was thinking literally, as in "hitman", somebody on the ground, not so much the movie.

In my scenario the scandalous part is that trump does it without Mexican approval.. and I’m assuming they hit a few cartel heads ..

From that angle trump wants as few civilian casualties as possible... a bus full of kids makes it blow up in his face
