He should be running diplomatic missions through legitimate channels. Not two guys friendly with Russian oligarchs on the payroll of Rudi, and a million dollar donor who is ambassador to somewhere else.

My point isthat he is not obligated to do it that way if he chooses not to. He is entitled to handle foreign diplomacy matters any way he chooses. Including using back channels. Do you think he is the first president to ise back channel diplomacy?

I think he is the first to do so to encourage a foreign government to interfere in our election. The US has a huge capacity to carry out investigations. He chooses to denigrate those agencies because they do not provide him with the dirt he wants.

And I do not agree that he can handle foreign diplomacy however he pleases. He is not the king.
