Here is a more accurate take on the unfolding Biden scandal. I thought we could explore this theory in more detail in a dedicated thread.

“Again the question is, what was [Hunter Biden] being paid for?” asked Schweizer. “These entities were not giving the money away. They were paying Hunter Biden for something. He’s not selling his expertise, so what exactly was he selling? And that’s what needs to be investigated.”

They need to be held to account, and by the way, I think that if you change the name from Hunter Biden to Don Jr. or Eric Trump, I think you would have an entirely different tone by the media and by the Congress, and that’s a shame, [because] it should be consistent with whoever’s doing it. As son of the VP of the US, it's easy to understand how Hunter Biden could get on the board of directors of Burisma Holdings. He was paid $50,000 a year to basically have his well-known surname on the board of Burisma. This company was under investigation and that investigation went dormant according to Bloomberg. Nevertheless, Hunter Biden was never part of that investigation. Basically he was paid to add his name to the board of directors and had no part in the actual business of the company.

Joe and Hunter Biden were cleared of any wrongdoing regarding Ukraine in May of 2019 by the Ukraine Prosecutor General ... Yuriy Lutsenko.

You and Breitbart and Petey Schweizer and Giuliani can cry all you want, but that is the fact of the matter.

So Ukraine is holding critical information of corruption by 1 or more us citizens, and cannot get it to Trump.
As President he controls all the apparatus involved for contacts with foreign govts and obtaining information.

Trump's children and spouses (well, not all of them) had or have security clearances. They are, or were, able to affect policy of the US government. They were active in Trump's campaign and most likely will do so again.

Now, let's look at Biden's son. When he was VP, how high did his son's clearance go? Did his son influence policy at high levels? Was he employed by his father in government service and if so, to what extent?

Do you all see the difference here?

Easy. The whole Trump propaganda machine was already primed. It is clear to me they intended much later to reintroduce the alleged scandal with Biden's son as a way to disenfranchise Democrat voters closer to the election. They wanted Ukraine to investigate for the appearance of wrongdoing. Then some opportunist could see the plan and blew the whistle which has had the effect of messing up the timing. Trump can't bemoan Vice President Biden pressuring the Ukraine when it looks like President Trump was doing the same. The whole thing has exploded in their face and they are hoping and praying that Democrats will buy into the whole "scandal" even though there is very little to go off and it seems like Biden's son was involved after the fact. This is not enough to sink Biden's candidacy in an era where Trump can argue he and his business are above criminal investigation while he is president.

Except Guiliani was seeking to encourage the investigation, ties to it in May (at least) by his own admission. Its bull**** that he didnt seek them out.

Hunter Biden was being paid to be on a Board. Like any Board member of pretty much any organization in this country is paid to do.

That wasn't the first Board that Hunter Biden sat on. George W Bush appointed him to the Board of Amtrak in 2006. Do you think it was because he was Choo Choo Charlie in another life and knew everything about trains, or is it because Bush, unlike the drooling Trump supporters, understood that people sit on Boards because they have legal, regulatory, finance, or management experience.
