Joe Walsh is a tea party conservative who at one point in 2016 tweeted:

On November 8th, I'm voting for Trump.

On November 9th, if Trump loses, I'm grabbing my musket.

You in?

Today he's singing a different tune...
Washington (CNN)Former Republican Rep. Joe Walsh is calling for a primary challenger to take on President Donald Trump in 2020, as he is reckoning with his past controversial comments and apologizing for his role in helping elect an "unfit con man" to the presidency.

Ex-GOP rep calls Trump an 'unfit con man,' says he's sorry for helping elect him

He said that the thing that stopped his support was what Trump did in Helsinki. Are these people slow? That was last summer! Anyway this is the second high profile-ish GOP mouthpiece that has dropped their support for Trump, since Scaramucci. The Mooch himself seems to be smooching up to GOP leadership and considering a run himself. I say the more people that jump into the GOP race, the better.

Anything to elect a Democrat, right? If Joe Walsh were to run, it would be to raise money, not to bonafide attempt to get the nomination.

There's only one guy running against Trump in the primary so far, I forget his name.

But if Trump were in any danger of losing the republican nomination, there'd be 10 people running against him in the primary.

Well I am a Democrat so...IDC why Walsh does it. 15 of the Dem candidates are doing that. They know they have no chance. Why are Republicans such chick**** cowards?

You don’t vote against progress.

The second term is not about getting re elected, its about getting the hard stuff done. And i expect cutting the bloat out of the federal budget from farm subsidies to federal agencies that do nothing useful enough to justify their cost to taxpayers.

And possibly wrap up the little wars to concentrate on the “big three”. Russia, China, Iran.

I think all these republicans calling for a Trump challenger and yet not stepping in themselves are wimps.

Part of the reason I voted for Trump is that I thought he believed in peace through strength only to find out he is to the left of Jimmy Carter on the issue.

If you want them to drop support for Trump, don't respond by mocking them for not doing it sooner. All the other trump supporters see what kind of reward awaits them after they too abandon Trump.

If he's elected, what's he gonna do when 'The Eagles' go on tour?

Oh! That Joe Walsh.

never mind

Joe Walsh just might be part of the Deep State. It was the FBI, CIA and the Justice Department that worked with the DNC and Hillary to put forth the false dossier. John brennan needs the gray bar hotel.
