That is a bold as it gets. He is a political nobody but in #4 in the polls on that single buying votes promise.
It's dangerous if Yang's idea of putting the entire country on welfare ever happens, as each election will end up being a contest over which politician will increase the monthly payment the most.

Alexander Tytler's portentous quote seems fitting here:

A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government. A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship.

And in what country does that not happen? And it is not "simply for existing," it's for doing well as the society you depend on allows you to. In our wisdom, we long ago realized that capitalism has flaws, that it leaves some behind, that the profit motive does not make a perfect distribution of wealth. My father lost his job when the depression hit a second time in 1938, with my mom pregnant with my sister. They went on relief, with money taken from those better off to feed them. He then took a government-funded job building ships in that great government job program, WWII.

Labor creates wealth, work by management and employees both, and over the past 100+ years we have decided to require minimum standards in the workplace, plus benefits for those left behind. If a guaranteed annual income is the best way, so be it. It's probably more practical than the various welfare programs out there. But as I said, I would require some form of work for those capable, even if it means leaf raking.

    They have none.

The Democrat message is clear. Act like the most uncivilized, brutish, uncouth, disrespectful, slanderous, scumbags possible until they're given POWER.

That's all the Dems want, Power.

They've said it time and time again, multiple candidates, speaking on getting Power, and what they are GOING TO DO to the American People in retaliation once they get it.

Hate whites because of their white privelege.
Hate white supremacy, sure but do you know what that is?
    Hate the rich.
    Hate the coorporations.
    Hate capitalism.
    Hate the police.
Hate your station in life and blame someone else for why you are not, richer, smarter, better educated, whiter. I'm sure you can throw in taller, stronger, faster and whatever else you can come up with.
    This is the democrat party.
You have democrat candidates for President who grew up priveleged. Cory Booker, Kamala Harris, Elizabeth Warren in particular. Who are children of well educated upper middle class parents, and Liz Warren who got close to millionaire status by using the same system she condemns for others, capitalism. Now there is absolutely nothing wrong with that, except they want to complain about the system that helped them get where they are and take that away from others.
The democrats are also good at bribery, lets give every american $1000 dollars a year, Cory Booker wants to give them $1000 at birth and then $2000 a year until they reach 18. For what? For nothing involving work.
The democrats want to give health care to everyone, including illegal immigrants residing in the country. How will they pay for it. One way is to take away employer based private insurance to force them to help pay for someone elses insurance. You know the free health care.
You don't have to like Trump, you don't have to vote for him. I would suggest you examine the policies of all candidates and how they will pay for their plans and what are the consequences of their plans.
It was this type of thinking is what got Trump elected. It will be the same kind of thinking that will get Trump reelected. The democrat party has lurched way too far to the left to be stomached by independents and moderates. Trump will (once again) be the lesser of two evils.
Liberals: Demanding the freedom to write laws to take freedoms away from people they don't agree with.
