Do you understand that Trump was talking about 4 Congresswomen? Central America does not support anything relevant to this thread. If you want to talk about Central America and immigration, create your own thread.

As to other presidents joking about it, don't know, but if it was a joke it would not matter because I can recognize a joke for what it is.

In my mind a repeated joke means its something he is thinking about. Why else bring it up at all. It's not funny.

Not every joke said is meant to be humorous some are simply in jest, implying merely a lack of serious or ulterior purpose.
