It's Moral, Stupid!

I (and many others) have seen that the Democrat Party has substituted "worship of religion" to "worship of government"...(I, even once, had the idea of ironically calling the Senate Minority Leader "Cardinal Schumer")...

Of course, government being a religion, in the Left's eyes, MUST mean that they feel they have an obligation to dictate the rules of this religion to the unwashed masses...

...and for the last couple of years, I have been getting increasingly annoyed with Democrats arguing every situation by using the term "moral"...

Health Care not a right in the Constitution?...Just say we have a "moral obligation" to do it anyway...

Passed and signed laws that say we are to control the borders?...Just say we have a "moral obligation" to pretend those laws don't exist...

Take from the successful and redistribute that wealth to the unsuccessful?...You know it..."moral obligation"...

Even gun control???...Take a guess...

Even though there's no actual basis to impeach Trump, multiple Libs have simply come out said "We have a "moral obligation" to do so anyway...

It's a tactic, much like calling someone a racist, meant to end all debate...If you disagree, then you are now IMmoral...This adds to the reasoning why the Left believes anyone who doesn't step in line with their policies are simply evil...

Thirty years ago, Liberals mocked the "Religious Right" for trying to shut down entertainment when they claimed it was the "moral" thing to do...

And NOW they are doing the same thing...

The Religious Right used to call for bans of comedians like Andrew Dice Clay for lewd language?...Now the Left will shut down any comedian that doesn't conform to their ideology. (Jerry Seinfeld admitted he won't do college campuses for this very reason...and he's the least lewd out of the bunch)....

The Religious Right used to protest bands and musicians because of their vulger displays of machoism and sexism...Now the Left will protest bands and musicians because they like Trump...

"If you don't like what you see, then change the channel or don't buy a ticket!" used to be the Left's dogma...Now they demand channels remove their content and all tickets be destroyed...They've become what they once disdained and ridiculed...

And just like the Religious Right, the Left believes this "power" comes from a higher plane...Only the government has been substituted for God...

Show you the mental fortitude and intellectual honesty of such people.

They couldn't even address how you were pretty much on the ball about how the democratic party has turned into this strange monster.
