Why wasn't this 'emergency' solved in the first two years when republicans controlled all branches of government? Because it's never been an emergency.
Because, as I've told you or your ilk the dozens of times you've asked this stupid question. The GOP had a ONE FRIGGIN' SEAT majority in the Senate which means the Dems could block anything they felt like through cloture process - kinda like when you guys whined about the GOP being the "party of no" when Dems lost their filibuster proof majority in 2010. Try to remember this time.

So it's the Democrats fault when Trump can't fulfill a campaign promise? What a bizarre concept- a Republican candidate wins an election and says it's incumbent on the Democrats to make good on his promises. Do you really believe this crap?
Sounds like you think your Republican President should have dictatorial powers. Sounds like you think the elected Congress should be just a rubber stamp.

Not only don't believe, nor did I SAY IT. Maybe you don't remember the Dems in Obama's era whining about the minor party Republicans blocking their "promises" but many of us do.
I was just pointing out the reality of politics in Washington.

If you think that's what you're hearing PM your address and I'm send you some earwax remover and Qtips. Learn a little about how Congress works and get back to me.

You told us it was the Democrats fault that Trump hasn't made good on his campaign promises. You said, "The GOP had a ONE FRIGGIN' SEAT majority in the Senate which means the Dems could block anything they felt like through cloture process"

So what would make you happy? You want the Democrats to obey the President? That how the US government should work?

I stated a FACT. So what?

Just stating facts. You asked why the GOP didn't deal with immigration when the held both houses of Congress - I gave you the answer and gave you a historical reference back to the days of Obama. What makes me happy is irrelevant.
