Again, if he was talking specifically about her comment then it doesn't apply. If it wasn't, then it does. That's why I specifically referenced "the former" in my quote, which the other poster said it didn't matter, but it does.

Perhaps in private after a good tongue lashing. But the cornerstone of Her Majesty’s strategy to ensure the survival of the monarchy has always been to keep it out of politics. The official position of the Crown on all political matters is that the royal family doesn’t have one. For any member of the royal family to express such a position publicly is a very serious breech of protocol. Especially from the wife of a future King. So we’re unlikely to hear comments like that from Markle again.

Markle is a brain dead idiot who apparently can only echo what she is told to think. She has ****ed her way into the Royal family, so go on her for using her limited assets to score the big win. The President is asked about her nasty comments and he says he didn't know she made them. The left goes into the standard hourly frenzy.


See that happen by what feels like every hour on the hour for years, and you get a bit sensitive.

Think about it, Obama is hammered on a couple issues during his Presidency, and the left thinks he was lynched ever hour for 8 years. The left makes scathing headlines about the President if he doesn't comb his hair right.

When I read posts like this I know I am dealing with someone who watches Fox or listens to right wing media on a daily basis. In order to make the claims this poster made here, you have to be living in a silo of propaganda created with the express intent of making it appear as if one is rational and reasonable while supporting alternative realities. It is a disconnect that is impossible to bridge so if any of you think you can possibly sway this person with reasonable, thought filled posts, give it up.

When I read posts like the above, I know the intellectual vacancy it reveals is only the result of indoctrination that inspires levels of projection that are remarkable to view.

Wonderful retort. While it seems as if there are two competing views of reality which separate all of us, it is really one reality that is being distorted by one side only. That side has been aligned with conservatism for decades and is now trying desperately to be treated seriously to no avail. We are in the middle of a great dividing moment. One generation, mine, has certain members who long for the past with a remarkably dark vision to sell. The other side, those boomers who never bought into the idea that the past is repeatable plus most if not all people born to our generation, are moving along towards a future that will make a new America regardless of these anchors. What we are seeing today is the end of conservatism as we know it. There is no return to it anymore because it has lost any and all relevance to the modern world. Trump is the manifestation of all the conservative movement has become, it is now nothing but religion tied to corporatism draped in a flag trying to put the white toothpaste back into the white tube from which it was squirted.
