Where's the double standard? I'm stating an opinion and my interpretation of law. So is he. I simply said that it's not up to him. Doesn't seem like the supreme court is breaking down my door for my opinion, either. I'm pretty confident in the basic interpretation of the law, but I'm not deciding the case any more than an AG.

Oy vey! By saying "let's wait" you are trying to dismiss discussion/argument even though you already made your opinion known.
You again furthered a discussion you do not want to have by again stating your opinion (underlined). Do you really think people here are not aware of such deceitful tactics?

But since you apparently do not want to have the discussion. And though not a definitive, the AG is likely far more familiar with the law and any exceptions than you are and thus his opinion has far more weight than yours.

Yes, the underlined portion absolutely abolishes your lies about me being a liar, but is there any opinion of yours that it supports? Seems like you are a self-defeating poster.
