The single biggest problem with the Constitution is that it's so hard to change:


It would be far better if any part of the Constitution could be repealed or amended by a simple majority vote in Congress.

then you would have a dictatorship of the majority which would be fine as long as you were in the majority and didn't mind screwing the minority. Do you understand?
