You mean that, if a kid had stolen my car and wrecked it, he wouldn't be held accountable for his actions, and wouldn't have to take any responsibility for his act?

Holy crap, is he training them to be Republicans?

Republicans still support prison for offenders. Growing numbers of up-and-coming democrats want prison done away with.

Judges should NOT be elected positions.

actually, he just released them, and put their next court appearance to be Jan 4th, when the person who beat him in the election becomes judge. They still have a court date.
