He referred to me as son once. That seemed improbable when factoring in our age difference of only 2 or 3 years. I still have DP Love for him.

No, Dr. Ford and Ramirez werent whores, the were liars, so stop smearing them. And you calling Kavanaugh a "crybaby" only shows that you havent a clue as to what it is like to lead a moral life and achieve great things. People of no consequence or integrity dont shed a tear when their reputation is is trashed.

No amount of ignorance removes CryBaby's sordid reputation for partisanship, sexually predatory acts and lying.

I believed Dr. Ford and Ramirez... and definitely do not consider either woman a liar or a whore.

I imagined myself as a juror, then used my skills and life experiences to assess pertinent information.

I have more fascination in the Devil's Triangle Quarters Drinking Game and the Flatulence That Becomes Boofing. Mind you, I went to a public high school in the early 1970s in Polk County Florida, not a prestigious prep school that feeds Ivy League Colleges, so I lack firsthand experiences on those topics.

so what exactly supports FORD'S story? I probably cross examined a thousand or more hostile witnesses in trials, hearings or depositions and I just found her testimony to be affected to the point of being dishonest.

Hmm, I have read maybe a 1000+ of your posts that yield insight into your political preferences. Earlier tonight I read your exchanges with Serenity regarding Kavanaugh seeking revenge. I promise you no amount of probing would change my verdict. You obviously recognized the partisan nature of the hearing and confirmation process.

Do you know how to play Kavanaugh's versions of Devil's Triangle and Boofing?

no idea-I didn't really do much drinking in college. after partying a bit my first term (probably the reaction of having gone to a strict rigorous prep school) I decided if I was going to get the sort of grades I needed to go to a top law school as well as make a serious run for Olympic and world teams in one sport and make the varsity in another (a sport I didn't have the advantage of having a hs team for-only playing at a club), I didn't have time to get wasted so I didn't. Then after my first year, I was on the NADA (or whatever they called it back then) list meaning I could be subjected to random drug tests because of my ranking by the NGB in my sport. So I have no idea what those terms meant. No idea whatsoever.

Honestly, based on Dr. Ford's testimony and my own juvenile experiences, I do not believe Kavanaugh committed any acts against Dr. Ford worthy of prosecution. I frown on making mountains out of mole hills.

Kavanaugh could not control the partisan nature of the hearings or confirmation process. IMO, he lied under oath and did not demonstrate character worthy of confirmation.

Right. Partisanship is not a disqualifier for sitting on the court. Had Hillary won and appointed Obama you would be drooling with glee and more than likely arguing that Obama was a centrist. Ramirez was never taken seriously because she couldnt be positive it was Kavanaugh or that the event even happened. You believe her because you WANT to believe her not because she had a shred of evidence of that she was even remotely credible. That leaves Ford. Her best friend who Ford claimed was present denied ever being there or even knowing Kavanaugh. Her story is crap. BUt you believe her because you WANT to believe her. You choose to be ignorant of the truth because as a good leftist, you never let truth get in the way of your ideology. The witnesses against Kavanaugh brought zero evidence with them. You know it and dont care. You choose ignorance of the facts because in your case, ignorance isnt bliss, ignorance fuels your rage.

The bad news for you is the man is on the Supreme Court and will be for decades. So stop pushing the propaganda, go have yourself a good cry, and get over it.

Of all the Kavanaugh accusers she was the least credible.

Most interesting that Senator Kamala Harris' office seems to be involved in this deception.

Yes, there needs to be a follow up investigation and ascertain the facts here.

Who knows if Kavanaugh participated in 'gang rapes" or sexually molested Ford, for examples. Thing is, no one was able to offer credible evidence he did so. That's our judicial system. Innocent until proven guilty. Unless it's a special counsel prosecution. Then it's guilty until proven innocent. Mebe folks thought the Kavanaugh confirmation was a special counsel prosecution? I thinks yes.

The liars and pilers-on didn't sway the decision.
 
I admire Grassley for taking the action he did. All to often events like this are "let slide".

Thanks, however on the political side, you are making much less sense then you think I am. All of the Trump hating nonsense just comes off as a bad case of sour grapes over the 2016 election.
