I have to say, it's a brilliant strategy but it's just so lacking any anything related to ethics or integrity.
Part I:
So the left has grown a form of identity politics, supported in large part by academia, especially in sociology departments. I have to say, they've been very successful in shutting down people from speaking on various issues by breaking down everyone into groups and only chosen people from that specific group has any authority to speak about it.
So if the subject is about sexual assault, then men need to sit down and shut up. Now, they are allowed to speak so long as it's in full agreement with their narrative and in a more subservient manner. The same holds true for things related to racism, if you are white you cannot talk about it unless you say exactly what they want you to say.
I don't think most reasonable people have not felt the effects of this. I'm sure plenty of times we've wanted to speak out in disagreement, but think it's not really worth the attacks that we know will come, so we stay silent.
I can, in some small degree, understand this part of control over the narrative, it's the second part where it gets really nasty and utterly dishonest.
Part II:
Now we all know that it's impossible to get 100% of agreement on things from any group they want to break us down into. So what happens is you have women who disagree with their narrative an minorities that disagree with their narrative.
What happens to them? Well, we saw a great example of it with Kanye. He had his position invalidated due to having had mental issues in the past, so he's just "in a low place now". This is what the left has called ableism and they use it. They say, "This is what happens when negroes don't read." blatantly both using a term that is known to be derrogatory towards blacks in modern discourse and calling him dumb or uneducated. You could never say this about a black man that is still marching to the left's tune withouth being called a racist. He's called a house negro and, ultimately, his heritage and blackness is stripped from him. Now that that has happened, BINGO! No one can talk about the subject they are discussing because a white person can't do it and Kanye is "no longer black".
The same thing happens to women who disagree with the narrative of the left. They just strip them of their woman status, or w/e status it happens to be (e.g. gay) and now the only people that are left are those outside the group. And who is that? DING DING DING...white men, and we all know that they can't talk about anything.
It utterly disgusting and I don't know how so many have been fooled by this.
