Trump is all that saves us from extinction.

Huh. How odd. Quite literally nothing you mentioned is actually happening.

becoming more and more evident as hordes of enraged useful idiots attack those with opposing views in deranged mobs

I can write you a prescription for lenses tomorrow if you like?

I don't see any violence going on...

Oh that's right, the actual fascist haven't shown up to attack anyone yet.

Now you know that that's not the way that it went down.

No, he knows perfectly just how it happened. He is just completely fine with flaying her corpse for his own selfish reasons.

They've already punched people in the face and been promised aid in their defense from their Dear Leader.

Do you know the context of said face punching?

Holly ****, Hillary has really let herself go.

Shows you how far a pants suit and some foundation goes.

The wild, hysterical reaction of the US political status quo in the wake of Donald Trump’s ascendancy to the White House could be portending a bleak future for the United States and possibly the human race. Citizens are encouraged to Google Calhoun’s rodent paradise; experiments in overcrowding that began in the 1950’s and extended into the mid 1990’s.

The dystopian outcomes resulting from centrally planned and controlled mice experiments are eerily reminiscent of America’s Great Society and War on Poverty that have created a dangerous social climate of entitlement. This coupled with the self-serving, media assisted propagandized mind poisoning loose in America’s academic community appear to be leading to dangerous cultural degradation expressed in violence and drug dependence along with economic and political oppression of the people by the elite.

It seems that Calhoun’s experiments, better known as Universe 25, serve as a template for the rise of the Deep State in the US and the corruption of government agencies that have become politically weaponized to shield the status quo from responsibility to the people or culpability for their actions.

Calhoun coined the term “behavioral sink” to describe the social collapse that occurred when populations are handed a free ride in exchange for giving up their liberties and responsibilities for a controlled and forced dependence on central planning where a few at the top get the crop while they are handed the manure. This is clearly happening in the US where the people have lost decent wages, pensions and health insurance while the government and professional educators get great benefits at their expense.

Behavioral sink is becoming more and more evident as hordes of enraged useful idiots attack those with opposing views in deranged mobs. And the elite encourage these actions as they turn the FBI into the Federal Bureau of insurrection and the DOJ into the Department of Justification.

Just as Calhoun’s mice were attacking and cannibalizing each other, leftist inspired hooligans are tearing down statues and accosting innocent citizens in public settings. Honorable people are being smeared and character-assassinated while investigations are launched that quickly morph into inquisitions.

Behavioral sink is on the march in America and it is the tool of choice for the political status quo to stay at the top. Hold your nose and vote for sleazy Republicans so Trump can keep the House and Senate. He needs four more years to save us from extinction.

Trump is everything that's wrong with Republicans times ten. If you want to keep you Medicare and Social Security vote only for Democrats.

Oh, yes.

I do not know about the human race, but I have NO doubt that the future of the United States of America is grim, indeed.

So why is anyone surprised?

We all know that nations rise and then eventually fall (think of the Roman Empire, China, France, Spain, England, etc.).

There is no reason to think that the United States is immune from this reality.

Pretending that I lied just makes you look foolish.

By all means, continue.

It's not pretending when you failed to even prove so from the start. Then again, what else am I supposed to expect from you, the truth?

Given our history, it would be better for me to expect a rock, to describe for me the color yellow.

Unless you actually have proof for your stance this time around.

Calhoun's experiments are usually interpreted to show what organisms/populations will do in conditions of overcrowding and uneven distribution of living space, though there is some question about whether human beings will go to the same extremes that mouse populations did in his 1962 experiments. I would agree that some aspects of modern social conditions match those that Calhoun caused in his experiments: sufficient food and water for everyone, but severe overcrowding for most, while a select few were given plenty of space and things with which to entertain themselves. I can think of no better imitation in another species of the wealth inequality that currently grips us, and is increasing in size and scope.

Now, I don't see how Trump is helping wealth inequality at all. He seems to be exacerbating it. The status quo, which has been creating ever greater levels of wealth inequality since Reagan, seems to be the result of conservative policies. We used to have less wealth inequality under higher tax rates for the wealthy and corporations, more robust social programs, and more regulation for business. As we've gotten rid of those things, over time, wealth inequality has increased, and there are pretty obvious reasons that anyone can grasp about why that should be the case.

So, in light of Calhoun's experiment and present conditions, what would you do? What policies should we enact that will prevent behavioral sink from growing into full-fledged civil unrest in full-fledged civil war?

LOL...ONE incident compared to 100's by angry mobs...

Nobody but the perpetrator is responsible for this attack. And there is plenty of regrettable behavior on both sides. But one man has done the most to create this climate, whipping supporters to fear and desperation with often violent rhetoric. And only one man can take us back from the brink. Stop the mob, Mr. President.

In the closing days of the 2018 campaign, Trump has revived what worked in 2016, encouraging his mostly white and mostly male supporters to feel besieged by dark-skinned people, immigrants, women, religious minorities and, of course, the media.

Trump recently maligned all the targets of Wednesday’s attack. Thirty-six hours earlier, Trump fired up yet more “Lock her up!” and “CNN sucks!” chants. He roiled the crowd to boo “low IQ” Waters. Trump spread false conspiracy theories that Soros funded the migrant caravan and anti-Brett M. Kavanaugh protesters. After Holder said “when they go low, we kick them,” Trump threatened: “He’d better be careful what he’s wishing for.” Trump called Brennan “a total lowlife” and a “very bad guy” who “disgraced the country.”

This moment is particularly dangerous because Trump has turned partisan divisions into a proxy war over race and gender, stoking backlash to the first black president and the first woman to be a major party’s presidential nominee. Those receiving the pipe bombs include three African Americans, two women and a Jew frequently targeted by anti-Semites. These demographics figure prominently among Trump’s favorite targets at rallies, mostly women (Nancy Pelosi, Elizabeth Warren, Clinton), African Americans (Cory Booker, Waters, Obama) and Jews (Soros, Charles E. Schumer, Richard Blumenthal, Dianne Feinstein).

Trump’s latest stump speech portrays these Democrats as violent, lawless and inhuman, responsible for “an assault” on the country, an “angry left-wing mob” on a “ruthless mission to . . . demolish and destroy,” “corrupt power-hungry globalists” who are “not caring about our country” and “want to replace freedom with socialism” and invite people into the country who “carve you up with a knife.” Democrats are “openly encouraging millions of illegal aliens to . . . overwhelm our nation” and have “launched an assault on the sovereignty of our country . . . and the safety of every single American.”

Yet you keep running away.

Par for the course I guess.

That's a photo of a peaceful gathering, not an angry mob out for blood.

Your statement probably qualifies as DSM-V criteria if a psychologist ever were to read it while gazing at the attached photo.
Sorry but no sane and rational person can say that was a peaceful gathering, particularly when one hears the audio:

Your allegiance is hereby duly noted.

European cultures, who have seen far more of reality than ours, if only because they have been around longer, seem to be surviving the "behavioral sink." But if you can supply me with some of what you're smoking, maybe I too will think that food stamps lead to extinction.
