Ted Cruz eviscerated Trump before the Indiana primary.....
Ted really unloads around the two minute mark.





Then Cruz refused to endorse Donald "John" Trump at the GOP convention.
Great move...he stood up for his family......he didn't suck up to the "John".....he demonstrated political courage.
Unfortunately, Ted has since abandoned his principles to curry favor with Trump.
Cruz will probably win re-election, but his integrity is forever lost.
Too bad.

I'm from here, went to school here, I was born in San Marcos, and have a pretty idea what politics motivate Texans. The cities are a bit diff, Austin was flooded with stupid and is a lost cause... but I'm telling you Beto is gonna lose.

Err . . . so you personally know every single Texan and what they're thinking?

I can't say the same thing about Missourians. I know my friends. I know my family. I've heard the opinions of coworkers and people at the check-out line. I could tell you that the specific area that I live in is conservative-leaning, and typical of the Bible-belt.

Even of the people I know, and the people I've spoken to, I don't know the entire story behind what's going on in the space between their ears.

I'm not arguing that Texas isn't a red-state. I'm taking issue with the implication that such a broad region is some sort of homogeneous, single-minded entity with no diversity in thought.

If someone accused me of half the stuff Trump accused Cruz of, I really don't see myself being too forgiving but that's just me.

And now we are back to the clown show over the past few weeks over the supreme court. BK was criticized by Ds for reacting the same way you just outlined when his reputation and family were suffering unwarranted attacks. I am glad he proceeded to forgive in his subsequent statements.

I like the adult behavior better in general.

Another dishonest attempt to say that Democrats are openly advocating physical violence. This ad isn't despicable to anyone with a sense of humor and the intelligence to know they're not speaking in concrete terms.

The proper response, and this is easy to figure out, is somewhere in between.

Politics requires putting grievances behind you to do your job for your constituents. Cruz understands that, do you?

Cruz got beat fair and square in a primary. Some (democrats mainly in media, academia, hollywood) cannot comprehend the constitutional lawful nature of accepting defeat and rising up next time in an honorable fashion.. A lunatic display of two years of ripping at the constitutional fabric of the country is somehow preferable.

We are so far past the presumption of innocence in the case of trump just what has been made public would have been enough to Indict and convict anyone else.

Everything I listed is obvious to anyone actually paying attention and not blinded by partisanship.
