Christine Ford's advisor is none other than longtime DNC operative Ricki Seidman. Seidman's resume includes working as Ted Kennedy's personal muck raker, helping Anita Hill fabricate allegations against Clarence Thomas, and working to get future convicted felon Webster Hubbell appointed as Associate Attorney General during the Clinton administration.

Seidman was interviewed this past July, and offered insight into how the case against Kavanaugh would be crafted, saying that her cohorts were "scurrying" to dredge up a plan, and that it would likely involve something designed to resonate with women.



Even liberal news site Politico questioned the fact that a lifelong Democratic activist was advising Dr Ford:

Democratic operatives in Washington, D.C. have been cautious about linking Ford and her claims to partisan activists working on her behalf over concerns about further politicizing an already complicated case. The news that she is working with an experienced political operative was interpreted by Republicans close to the process as a sign that Democrats are trying to leverage the accusation to derail the Kavanaugh confirmation process.

“If you’re concerned about an appearance of partisanship, hiring a Democratic operative with a history of smearing conservative judges doesn't exactly mitigate that,” said Cassie Smedile, press secretary for the Republican National Committee.

In other words, they are running literally the same exact script they tried to use against Thomas. That's not transparent or anything.

Love the phrase, "a sign the democrats are trying to leverage the accusation to derail the Kavanaugh confirmation process." No one is that cynical in Washington. Next they'll be telling us the GOP would not even consider or even meet with a democratic president's nominee. On the other hand, women willing to fabricate an international story and expose themselves to partisan attacks and death threats are a dime a dozen, so maybe you're right.

You assume it is manufactured, many believe the woman was credible. Now, you were saying something about moving a meeting to confirm so far out it was obvious you were not going to do the right thing, that is ethical to you? Sure it is, so long as your guys do it.....

Ford's GoFundMe page is up to nearly a million dollars. Hmm, would the adoration and contrived sympathies of American liberals + a million bucks be enough to motivate a woman to stretch the truth? Of course it wood.

Methinks you have the sequence wrong: as I understand it, she was attacked for saying what she did. GoFundMe and liberal sympathy followed. Of course, she could have known she would be attacked/threatened for coming forward, and thus planned to lie, and parlay that into a GoFundMe fortune, with having to move a mere inconvenience. Women have been schemers since Eve, after all. There are no doubt others standing in line for the next nominee should Kavanaugh be rejected, GoFundMe sites at the ready.
